This review is for the maintenance staff. They are absolutely amazing!! Wil, in particular, is always around to help with issues or regular maintenance and my husband and I look forward to seeing him every morning on our way to yoga! He genuinely cares and is an active part of the community here at the crown. We honestly probably wouldn’t have resigned our lease if the maintenance team wasn’t so thorough. If unit upkeep and grounds maintenance is important to you, I would absolutely recommend the crown!

My experience here at The Crown was absolutely amazing! Everybody that helped me throughout the process of getting my apartment was lovely, but I have to specifically recognize Bayan! Just renewed for fourth year. The management quality keeps trending upward, especially since the building changed hands. I've also noticed the resident events have gotten much better. Kim, Logan along with the leasing and maintenance staff have always been accommodating. The Crown is reasonably priced considering the location (city views and proximity to uptown & southend), amenities and building quality. Very content with my living situation.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here over the summer and they are now trying to charge me $400 for a broken window even though I have provided explicit proof that the window was not broken upon my move out. I am not going to accuse them of malicious intent, but they are very stubborn about the charge even though I provided proof that I am not at fault.

The building looks nice, has a coffee shop, and the staff is helpful, but it’s mostly downhill from there. Some of the lowlights below: 1. No cleaning on Sundays. Saturday nights in south end are a disaster. Everyone needs a day off but this is the wrong day. 2. Carpets are so dirty in places that sometimes I don’t want to walk on them with my sneakers. 3. EV parking. There are two spots and one hybrid car believes it’s their permanent spot so they are parked there almost 24/7. 4. Valet Trash is decent when it comes, but that’s a 50/50 chance. Trash comes 5 days a week, but trash is left in the hall every weekend so the hallways smell like trash. 5. Don’t live about the gym. The portion of the building about the gym shakes for 8-10 hours daily. People slam weights like they are trying to be the next Rock.

I moved into this apartment building a few months ago and I’ve been wanting to break my lease. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see the building before moving to it — I went off of reviews and have been disappointed with my own experience. The hallways are stained with dog pee, the trash rooms get FILLED with trash since residents don’t like to use the trash chutes, and there’s no ser time as to when residents can use and not use the Pool. My apartment faces the Pool and there are ALWAYS drunk people who go make noise at 2-4am on the weekends at the Pool. My service orders are not taken care of in a timely fashion (I’m still waiting on orders to be closed a few weeks after I submit them). The parking spots are SO small. The only plus is that the building is new and the gym is very nice. If I could move from here and not get charged for breaking my lease, then I would…

I have lived at several apartment complexes and Broadstone Queen City has been my favorite by far! The building is brand new with spacious and modern floor layouts. The staff truly get to know each resident and went out of their way to make sure my move went smoothly, shoutout to Dallas and Marquise! The building amenities are amazing, featuring a state of the art gym, sky lounge, bike storage, pool overlooking the city, gas grills, and a coffee shop. I haven't experienced any issues with the parking deck, which is conveniently included in your rent. I have no complaints overall, other than wishing I lived here sooner!

Highly, highly recommend becoming a resident at Broadstone Queen City. In addition to being the most beautiful apartment building and amenities, Dallas, Marquise and the rest of the staff are so so helpful from touring apartments, answering to questions, to making sure move in goes smoothly. The location is perfect, being right between south end and uptown, and being able to walk to do many restaurants, grocery stores, breweries. If you’re looking for a new place to live, highly consider BQC!
