The Cove

The newer company took over but I’m not so sure it’s any better than the other. Still have unsafe contractors and people who are working on the apartments protecting themselves but not the residents, and they don’t tell you anything until they start doing stuff and someone is mad or sick complaining . Letters on doors are faded etc. The last company would do stuff like this when the office was closed so you couldn’t call them and say anything .Office only cares about getting the job done even if it exposes people to all kinds of things,just like the last manager who was horrible and harassing residents named Rebecca. There is some kind of constant disruption every time of day and night and this is supposed to be my temporary home and peaceful. I’m paying to live here and I’m so tired of not getting any peace.Mail is stolen and gone through. The gates malfunction and hit people’s cars, residents hit people’s cars. Safety lights are always out. The washers and dryers are always messed up.. etc etc

this is a quiet and nice community. The front office staff is friendly. the dog park is fun. I like the counter tops and the new appliances.

Headed toward our 3rd lease and still loving it. I love the fact that the office staff and maintenance crew have stayed the same , that’s rare in this day and age. The complex is a little older but they do a great job of keeping it clean and well maintained. Plus they listen to you and address your needs and concerns in a timely manner.

Great apartments! Neighborhood is good, the amenities are great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to resolve any problems I have, and it's rare that I have to even call Maintenance for anything. Overall I'm very happy with these apartments.

I enjoy that it is very quiet neighborhood. I also like that the office is involved with the people that live here. I also enjoy how close all the stores are.

We just started and so far so good. We are having issues in the apartment with walls and doors. Leasing office people are quite handy and we raised request.

The team at The Cove has been very helpful in making the move in experience smooth and easy! This place is nice and quiet with great community amenities. This community feels very welcoming and safe! Highly recommend moving here!

The cove is located on Bay Area near a lot of great places to eat, things to do, the Baybrook mall, Kemah Boardwalk, and Galveston if you want to go to the beach! The staff here is helpful, polite, and will respond to your needs in a timely manner. It is also just down the road from the University of Houston Clear Lake.

It’s been two years everything is so clean and peaceful here if you are someone who likes nature, then this is a perfect place for you. The apartment is full of greenery and you’ll love the neighborhood.

Been here for a few years. It’s been great, everyone is always so kind here and that’s one of things I wanted. The apartments are good sized and maintenance is pros pretty quick.

Property is horribly maintained. Stairs are crooked, pavement is bad and I have a draft coming through every established porous entry into this apartment. Thus increasing my energy bill to maintain heat or coolness.

Pretty Gucci for the most part. Neighbors are a little crazy sometimes but it's not too bad. Apartment itself is nice, now that we've moved buildings we haven't had problems with bugs or anything.

A lot of effort is being made to upgrade these apartments and they are certainly making an improvement. I have moved into an upgraded apartment from one of the older units and it is a difference of night and day. The staff was and has been very helpful during the process and I thank them very much. While I am probably like most people I think all apartment rents are too high , but with the new upgrades being made at the Cove their prices are as competitive as any other apartments in the area. Glad to see what is happening at the place I have lived at for the last 5 years. Their maintenance people are prompt and accommodating and the office staff are very accomodating.

Good to live in this community. Management take quick actions. Lovely neighborhood. Nearby localities are also nice. Affordable and convenient place.

Loving the new apartment, the appliances are brand new,I love my ceiling fan the wood floors are beautiful. My reserved parking is real close which we both love and it's convenient

Environment is so good here.Cove apartments is very peaceful and clean. Swimming pool is awesome. I will definitely recommend this place. There is so much of parking space as well.

Everything alright for now. It's a pretty quite neighborhood and almost everything is close. The girls in the office are pretty nice and respectful.

It’s been pretty good for the most part. Any issues we’ve had have been resolved fairly quick. Maintenance is sometimes backed up pretty badly, and their communication with the office doesn’t seem to be so great, which has ended up causing some inconveniences in getting things repaired in a timely manner. But the staff are all doing their best and are always open to helping any way they can.

Everything is so good and peaceful here. Most affordable place to live. The locality and security is also very good. Finally most affordable and peaceful place to live.

Parking is very tight. Walk ways are narrow. I have only been here a few days, overall I enjoy my location. I am looking forward to my stay. Renovations being done, and grounds very welcoming.

The rent is affordable. The staff is helpful. The dog park is great. It’s also close to many restaurants that are delicious. And Kay is just 15 minutes away.

A calm place, no one really messes with you, everyone treats you with respect. No loud noises during the night time and events are fun, just wished rent was more affordable at times

They are very calm apartments and very friendly! The apartment look very luxurious the kitchen sink is deep and I love it! The Restroom mirror made me fall in love!

I have been living at the apartments for going on 3 years it’s been great. No issues for me. If something needs to get fixed they are quick about it. Everyone is nice to one another and the areas are always clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful to any question i may have my favorite thing is the dog park it’s a great size and has enrichment activities for my puppy to use!

The inside of our apartment is falling apart cracks in the walls almost everywhere, we don't have up to date appliances, water stains on walls and ceilings our front door needs to be replaced.

Everything is peaceful here. Especially the pool area and the garden everything is so neat and clean. You will find peace everywhere around the apartment. Definitely a wonderful and most affordable place to live in.

Really nice neighborhood very quiet. The apartment is really nice and taken good care of. Very clean I never see trash and the pool is really good.

I enjoy my time living here. It’s quiet and literally everyplace you can name is close by. If there is anything that I need to be repaired, it’s done in a timely manner!

It’s been pretty great so far. We just moved in a couple weeks ago. The location is good, plenty of shopping and grocery and things to do in the area. The apartment is spacious and has a sun room that doubles perfectly as my art studio. Staff is friendly. Overall, no complaints!

The apartments are falling apart and the UPPER MANAGEMENT just wants to raise rent and bandaid the place to show a profit so they can sell! They charge you for pest control monthly but do nothing about it!! When Orkin (one of the most useless pest control companies) shows up they say your apartment is messy, so they don’t have liability!! One fork in the sink is not a messy apartment!! The ladies at the front office are great and sympathetic to the issue but their hands are tied as the upper management has no cares in the world!

The professional staff made a flexible schedule for me to move in. There is a quiet environment, as well as a clean and neat unit. My unit does not include a washer and dryer and I have to transfer my clothes to the washer center.

I loved the leasing process at the cove apartments. It was very easy and everyone was helpful. The area is very nice and calm.

Office and maintenance staff very friendly and accommodating. It’s an older complex but they are continually improving the place. Pricing is ok but borderline high for a complex of this age. I guess location and demand plays into that. All in all we like it here and will probably do another lease.

Seems like the apartments are falling apart, living room feels like its sinking, have had constant problems with 2nd bathroom and never seems like it is ever fixed.
