I’ve had an amazing experience living at Brio at the Boulevard. The community is clean, modern, and really well taken care of. The apartments themselves feel spacious and upscale, with quality finishes that make it feel more like a luxury home than an apartment. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything, and maintenance requests are handled fast, which I really appreciate. The amenities are a huge bonus too — the pool, gym, and common areas are all spotless and great for relaxing or getting work done. The location is perfect: close to everything you need but still quiet enough to feel peaceful. Overall, Brio at the Boulevard has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run community.

I love living at The Brio. This is a clean, well kept property, close to great shopping and food options. I love that there are community building activities throughout the year, as well as food trucks that come to the clubhouse.

I moved into The Brio at the Boulevard recently, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first two weeks, I’ve dealt with multiple unresolved issues — and the biggest problem is the complete lack of communication from management. • My rent portal was locked for weeks due to their mistake with my October payment, making it impossible to pay November rent. I emailed and called repeatedly — no response for days at a time. • My front door is broken, and despite reporting it immediately, no one followed up. • All four fire alarms in my unit went off at 3 AM for no reason. I contacted the office and again received zero updates. I had to unplug them myself just to sleep. • The only way to get anything done is to constantly send follow-up emails and document everything because no one calls back. This place could be great, but the management and maintenance communication is honestly terrible. I shouldn’t have to chase people down for basic safety issues or rent portal errors that were caused on their end. If you’re considering moving in, just be prepared to advocate for yourself — a lot.

I love the community but I wish management took requests more seriously. There is a lot that could be done to make this community feel safer. With a rise in traffic with the new stores, you see people flying down the residential streets at unsafe speeds, especially with all the kids in the community. There should be speed bumps throughout the community, more signs, etc. There are also a few amenities that haven't been maintained in a while. The water fountain in the gym and by the pool have been out of order for a long time, the AC in the gym isnt consistent, the lock on the mail room was broken for quite a while. Overall happy but definitely areas for improvement

Living here is a great experience and very peaceful. Everybody is friendly and very safe neigbourhood especially for kids. They also have security personel driving around through the night. They have great amenities and beautiful and clean apartment/condos. The only downside is the mailroom which is very unorganized and the package are all dumped in one room. Its a struggle to find your package. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

A bit disappointed. The apartment is for my elderly parent and a few things did not meet the hype, we moved her here to have peace of mind and there have been a few things that lack. The office staff is great and have tried their best to help, but still for the price of the apartment and supposed amenities, we’re a bit disappointed.

The Brio is a well maintained property inside and out. Staff is always helpful and courteous. The only downside is the mail room. Finding packages for mail order goods can often be a challenge as there is no rhyme or reason as to where they will be left. But other than that, you're in walking distance of shopping and have easy access to the Long Island Expressway.

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The grounds are well-maintained and feel safe and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax or walk around. Great amenities and community feel. Close to shopping and grounds are always kept clean and neat. The pool is a highlight in the summertime.

So far love living at the Brio. Pricey? Sure, but we got a great deal! Layout is perfect (2 bed 2 bath) along with the garage. Balcony is great. A beautiful place, A/C, gas, and electric all work well and were easy to set up. The community is surprisingly VERY quiet, given the proximity to Walmart/LIE and W. Flloyd pkway…it’s a very peaceful in the apartment. The nearby amenities (Walmart, Southpaw, hair salons, Stbx, bagel/liquor store more) are a huge benefit to living here. Incredibly convenient being able to get onto the LIE directly from the complex. The clubhouse, pool and fire pit/BBQ area are great. We appreciate the daily (minus Fri/sat) garbage pickup. For initial move in, the recycling/ garbage dump area was a huge convenience. Quick trips to the dumpster got us cleared of all boxes/trash in a blink. Overall highly recommend this community. The updated, gorgeous layouts offered paired with the community’s unique amenities and prime location make it a well-worth it choice.

Overall the experience is good. My biggest complaint is my neighbor leaking water and dirt onto my balcony constantly from their plants. Also, the leasing staff do not follow up as they say they would.

Great place to live - a little expensive but that’s all apartments. Lots to do It walking distance (Walmart, tropical smoothie, doctors office, Starbucks, Southpaw, etc.).

Great experience. Love these apartments! Great community as well. Only thing I wish they would improve is the traffic conditions in the neighborhood. There is a lot of people speeding through the development and near the shops, wish we could add speed bumps to make it safer with all the kids.

I’ve been living here since November. I have nothing bad to say. Neighbors are nice and the dog park is cool. My dog loves it. Staff is responsive and nice. The place is nice and spacious for an apartment. The balcony is a nice touch. They have cool events every so often. I have yet to check out the pool but I see people using it a lot.

My experience has been great. Staff in the house is great. Community is beautiful and I love my apartment. The pool is convenient the heating system is great. My apartment meets all my expectations. I like that you can go in the office anytime before 6 p.m and the staff is always there to answer all your needs. This property is by Walmart which is extremely helpful. Landscape is kept nicely this property has met all my expectations.

Sadly, the greatest benefit to me about this property is the proximity to my job. I'm a quiet person and prefer quiet environments. This is not one of them. Noise from neighbors, noise from cars and motorcycles is constant. I first lived here prior to WaImart, and it was infinitely better before they came to town. I do like having a garage unit to use for my car and other personal items. I'm not looking forward to the additional occupants of the now vacant buildings across from me. Something tells me that it will only increase traffic and noise. Too much money for no peace.

I love my community but I think that communication from the staff could improve. Currently they seem to be cutting the grass 7 days a week. I found this to be out of the ordinary. I have owned a home and my grass was cut once a week. I understand it is a big property it why are they cutting grass around my unit 2-3x a week. I need the staff to communicate with the tenants the days that the grass will be cut since many people work from home and the noise level is extremely loud.

Hello - we really appreciate the feedback! The landscape team has been operating when weather permits. Unfortunately, the weather has not been on our side as of lately. They will not routinely be working on Sundays however, they had to take advantage of the sunshine. We thank you for your patience as the team works to get the property in tip top shape for summer!
Don’t have any complaints. Love living here, great area and great community. Maintenance also keeps the place pristine. Great amenities such as the pool and clubhouse all well kept.

After living in this community for over a year, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations.
