I’ve had such a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The grounds are well-maintained and feel safe and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax or walk around. My apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities like the gym and pool make it feel like a real community. Neighbors are respectful, and parking has never been an issue. Overall, it’s been a stress-free and enjoyable place to call home—I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment.

Great amenities and community feel. Close to shopping and grounds are always kept clean and neat. The pool is a highlight in the summertime.

So far love living at the Brio. Pricey? Sure, but we got a great deal! Layout is perfect (2 bed 2 bath) along with the garage. Balcony is great. A beautiful place, A/C, gas, and electric all work well and were easy to set up. The community is surprisingly VERY quiet, given the proximity to Walmart/LIE and W. Flloyd pkway…it’s a very peaceful in the apartment. The nearby amenities (Walmart, Southpaw, hair salons, Stbx, bagel/liquor store more) are a huge benefit to living here. Incredibly convenient being able to get onto the LIE directly from the complex. The clubhouse, pool and fire pit/BBQ area are great. We appreciate the daily (minus Fri/sat) garbage pickup. For initial move in, the recycling/ garbage dump area was a huge convenience. Quick trips to the dumpster got us cleared of all boxes/trash in a blink. Overall highly recommend this community. The updated, gorgeous layouts offered paired with the community’s unique amenities and prime location make it a well-worth it choice.

Great environment, fantastic apartment, love every second living here. The clubhouse is very fun and convenient great place to hang out to get some peace. Amazing pool.

Moving into The Brio at the Boulevard has been a breath of fresh air. I am so excited that we are now apartment of such a great community ! It's a nice change from the complex we were in. Looking forward to all of the great days ahead here

Overall the experience is good. My biggest complaint is my neighbor leaking water and dirt onto my balcony constantly from their plants. Also, the leasing staff do not follow up as they say they would.

Great place to live - a little expensive but that’s all apartments. Lots to do It walking distance (Walmart, tropical smoothie, doctors office, Starbucks, Southpaw, etc.).

Leasing a home at The Brio has been a wonderful experience. Alexis is so helpful and everyone has been very responsive and quick to help us when we needed anything at all.

Great place to live, clean amenities, helpful staff, nice little neighborhood. The community has been growing the past few years and even more stores are opening next door soon.

My experience here has been great. Easy access to everything at your fingertips and so many activities to do. The pool in the summer and game room in the winter is great.

Great experience. Love these apartments! Great community as well. Only thing I wish they would improve is the traffic conditions in the neighborhood. There is a lot of people speeding through the development and near the shops, wish we could add speed bumps to make it safer with all the kids.

I’ve been living here since November. I have nothing bad to say. Neighbors are nice and the dog park is cool. My dog loves it. Staff is responsive and nice. The place is nice and spacious for an apartment. The balcony is a nice touch. They have cool events every so often. I have yet to check out the pool but I see people using it a lot.

Great complex and staff really try hard to accommodate our needs. Creating events to bring the community together. Really brings everything together.

Coming up on one year at the Brio, we continue to love calling this place our home! The community is vibrant, the amenities are well-maintained overall, and the staff is responsive. With the summer here, the pool is absolutely the spot to be -- we've met so many more of our neighbors there, and that's what a community should be about.

My experience has been great. Staff in the house is great. Community is beautiful and I love my apartment. The pool is convenient the heating system is great. My apartment meets all my expectations. I like that you can go in the office anytime before 6 p.m and the staff is always there to answer all your needs. This property is by Walmart which is extremely helpful. Landscape is kept nicely this property has met all my expectations.

It was a great experience living at the brio, clean amenities, nice coffee machine, neighborhood, pool, and nice events! It is quiet, and beautiful!

Sadly, the greatest benefit to me about this property is the proximity to my job. I'm a quiet person and prefer quiet environments. This is not one of them. Noise from neighbors, noise from cars and motorcycles is constant. I first lived here prior to WaImart, and it was infinitely better before they came to town. I do like having a garage unit to use for my car and other personal items. I'm not looking forward to the additional occupants of the now vacant buildings across from me. Something tells me that it will only increase traffic and noise. Too much money for no peace.

Very nice and private. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Fast and efficient maintenance. Nice are with lots of shops and nearby food options. Very spacious apartments.

I love my community but I think that communication from the staff could improve. Currently they seem to be cutting the grass 7 days a week. I found this to be out of the ordinary. I have owned a home and my grass was cut once a week. I understand it is a big property it why are they cutting grass around my unit 2-3x a week. I need the staff to communicate with the tenants the days that the grass will be cut since many people work from home and the noise level is extremely loud.

Don’t have any complaints. Love living here, great area and great community. Maintenance also keeps the place pristine. Great amenities such as the pool and clubhouse all well kept.

Love living here. The grounds are well kept, and I loved seeing all of the tulips that were planted. Can’t wait to start using the pool again this summer.

So far it has been great but I don’t move in till July .. but the complex look great and every one I meet during my visit was friendly I can not wait to be part of this community

Everyone was nice and very helpful getting into the lease. Apartment is beautiful very spacious and excellent appliances. Location is also fantastic so much to do with the family.

After living in this community for over a year, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. The amenities (pool, clubhouse), quality landscaping, and friendly staff have all contributed to an excellent living experience. What truly impressed me, however, was their response to a crisis. When a broken pipe on the second floor flooded my living room and garage, destroying my ceilings, the staff acted swiftly. They immediately mitigated the damage, took measures to prevent mold, and completed high quality repairs promptly. This level of professional response to an emergency demonstrated their commitment to resident satisfaction and property maintenance. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a well-managed apartment complex with responsive management and attractive facilities.

You can stop any resident here and we would probably all have about the same response of our experience. No complaints! Everyone is friendly and mind their business. Just enjoy your apartment and all the beautiful amenities that it has to offer!

We love our apartment and the community. There is always events being scheduled to get everyone together and have a good time. The property is always kept up and clean.

Great place to live. Great amenities! Great space! Great walking around community. Close to walmart and can shop there very conveniently. Starbucks and tropical smoothie is an added bonus.

Amazing experience well built community. Workers make great events to pull community together. Only thing that I have issue is with my parking spot getting used by other residents while I pay for the spot

Amenities are good. Leasing Company is ok. Rent is high; higher than services received. Community is friendly and safe ( overall quiet ). Should work on chronic Mail Room issue

I love living here my only complaints are people not picking up after their dogs, the horror mail room, the creeky floors, and outrageous rent prices. At first the price seems fair compared to the rest of LI. When you go to renew, the price increase is absolutely UBSURD. Which results in people leaving constantly and new people coming in, and the cycle continues which I don’t like. When we renewed it was cheaper for us to move units then stay in our own. It makes zero sense.

We have been living at The Brio for a year now, and overall, it has been a positive experience! The community is well-maintained, clean, and organized. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise from neighbors, which is often a concern when living in an apartment. However, we have no complaints. Our apartment is surprisingly quiet, and the surrounding community is in a peaceful and serene area.

Everyone has been helpful and kind! All staff was informative and helpful every step of the way through the leasing process. I would highly recommend!

I have had a very good experience. Everything here is top notch and you can rely on having a very modern & up to date life style. This place is essentially brand new. Everyone is respectful and you feel like you are a part or a community. The only thing I can complain about is the expense and that it seems like you are not welcome long term. The prices are extremely high and only go up. I wish you can negotiate better and be a long term tenant as opposed to feeling as if your always racing to keep up and will eventually get pushed out. The rent rates move like the stock market. Get your money right before moving in because it can be a struggle.

Been at the Brio since it was being built, love living here and going on year 4. Everything is modern and the community keeps getting more beautiful every year.

I have found living here to be extremely peaceful and quiet. Everybody is very welcoming. I really enjoy that when I go into the elevator there are posted events so I am updated.

Everything has been great! Everyone seems to be so nice and respectful. Residents and all the workers. The place is always clean and they answer your questions without a problem.

Hidden fees not reveled initially upon signing lease, garbage pick up is comical and the mail room is a joke. Lots of lost packages. Staff does try to help, but can't get a solid resolution. Also lots of police and police dogs around lately. So far no direct safety issues, people and staff are nice..

Lovely apartments that are very well kept. Great ammenities and activities hosted by the community. Friendly staff and maintenance team. Would definitely recommend living here.
