Our two bedroom two bath units feature a large kitchen that surrounds a bar style island, brand new stainless steel appliances, an in unit washer dryer, vinyl wood plank flooring and modern black matte fixtures. Our tenants enjoy lounging by our pool and nestling up in our cozy hang out barbecue area. We are located in a small neighborhood behind Dutch Bros off Rural Road Rural Road and across from ASU. The hottest restaurants, nightlife and shopping are just a reach away! Our location allows for easy access to the 60 and the 202. We’re a 15 minute drive away from PHX Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Old town Scottsdale, The Zoo and The Desert Botanical Gardens.
