The Belgard has been a great home so far. All the common areas are well kept and clean, the lobby smells great and lively music is always playing. Rooftop amenities have been lovely during the early summer day, very relaxing and quiet. Staff including front desk, leasing office and maintenance are all very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious with nice finishes and appliances. After only one month of moving in, it already feels like home.

I’ve been living here for two months and I love it! The location is great, the amenities are new and top of the line, and the base rent isn’t astronomically expensive—especially when you compare it to similar buildings in the neighborhood that have fewer amenities. They also put on really cool events for the residents. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I love the maintenance team at The Belgard. They have always greeted me with a smile or a hello. I remember when my keys fell down the trash chute and they were quick and efficient to help me. I've really enjoyed my time at the Belgard! It's been less than a year, and the management team does a great job with ensuring that requests are taken care of as soon as possible. While the building is older in comparison to others that have sprung up in Noma, it's well-maintained, especially the common spaces like the rooftop.

The Belgard instantly spoke to me when apartment hunting. From the beautiful decor in the lobby to the very hotel-esque look, it was a 10/10. The staff are extremely friendly and host great events for residents. It’s also in a great location with beautiful views from the roof. I highly recommend The Belgard. A very nice and classy place.

The staff at the Belgard is incredible. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are genuine and clearly care about us residents. I have yet to meet someone I do not like. The amenities are also wonderful - they opened the pool early this season! Very happy living here.

I love my building and the staff. There is always something going on and I love how they cater to their residents. we recently just had a sunrise yoga on the rooftop and that was really amazing. I love it here!

I've lived in the Belgard for ~2 years w/my husband & small dog, and we absolutely love it. The apts are well-laid out (so much closet & kitchen storage space!), the gym, clubroom, & roof are all great, and the staff members are consistently kind & helpful. We even had a plumbing issue very late on a Saturday night once & the maintenance team responded first thing on Sunday morning.

I've been living at the Belgard for almost two years now and love it! It definitely is a bit pricey, but for all the amenities and luxury interiors, the price speaks for its worth. If you're looking for the same "quality" of apartments in the DC area, expect to spend a lot more compared to the Belgard. The amenities, appliances, water pressure (that was a big one for me) and community is great! They host events on a monthly basis which I think is a great way for people to meet and make friends.

I have lived in the building for almost two years and have been able to call it my home. Today I want to highlight the staff's kindness, from the concierge to the maintenance team. Today I made a maintenance request, and they came to my apartment in less than an hour. Axel quickly solved my problem with a big smile on his face. I hope the assistance in the community always stays the same. It makes a difference.

The Belgard’s amenities and features is pure artwork. It’s a lovely site to see when going and coming home. My favorite is the fish tank that sits behind the concierge desk. Management 10/10 !! Staff 10/10. Very friendly and treats you like family. Fun interactive community events that show their residents appreciation. I tell all my coworkers, family and friends that I highly recommend living at The Belgard!!

I am looking to move to DC from out of town. I have been looking around at a ton of places and this has been my favorite. The leasing specialist Hasani was amazing and answered all of my questions! Right now this is building is number 1 on my list.
