The employees are nice it’s relatively quiet the tenets are very respectful and very caring if I knew of anyone whom would want to move here I would definitely recommend

The apartment is really spacious with a lot of counter space and cabinets for storage. It’s very clean and efficient layout. Staff is always great and helpful. Any maintenance requests are speedy and always done well.

A very great community and nice staff! I wish the guest rules were a little different but other than that, a great place to live. We have been here 4 years!
The Common areas are in need of better maintenance. The treadmills in the gym are constantly broken and it takes weeks to get them repaired.
The building is beautiful and the gym is great and open 24/7 which is perfect for me. While the maintenance team is very nice, it has taken a while for some things to get addressed. Overall, I’m happy.

Please fix the broken equipment in the gym. They have been broken for 3 months. We are waiting for 1 piece of equipment for 4 machines…… while being charged full price for amenities that we can’t use

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the vendors when it comes to the gym equipment. If parts need to be ordered, which was the case here, we need to wait until they come in and then schedule the repairs. There is plenty of equipment in the gym that can substitute for cardio machines and there are still Pelotons, a treadmill and an elliptical machine that is still functioning. As of this writing there is only one treadmill that needs to be repaired and that is set for December 15. We are always on top of all the repairs needed. As stated we have to rely on the vendor response and it frustrates us as well. Thank you, again for your comments. Have a wonderful holiday.
Very well maintained with pleasant staff. Amenities are great! The lobby and hallways are so clean. I love the idea of having garage parking too.

Great complex with amenities galore and friendly neighbors. Love the fact that dogs are welcome, with their own dog park and washing station. Hot chocolate a favorite!

The Beacon is the absolute worst. From entering our apartment without permission, to overcharging us, and to the police being here regularly stay away if you want to keep your sanity.
The neighborhood is really peaceful the community in the building as a whole tend to stay to themselves but are friendly respectful and cordial

I've recently moved into Ten Willard Apartments, and so far, I'm happy with my decision. The leasing process was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff, and the apartment is clean and well-maintained. While the space isn't as large as I initially hoped, it’s functional and cozy. The community is quiet, and the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and public transportation. The amenities are a nice bonus, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it has been a positive experience so far!

Convenience and amenities brought to another level. The fact that I there is a storage facility right across the visitors parking lot that is walking distance made a whole lot of difference, and also all major retailers within walking distance makes it the location perfect community.

Very nice building over all. I'm comfortable in my new apartment. Nice appliances. Beautiful ammenitiess. Love the dog bath spa and the dog park.

Been here since the start. The amenities are amazing and it is very peaceful. Whenever I had an issue with the apartment maintenance was very helpful and responded swiftly.

current resident here, stay far away from the Beacon Norwalk! in the past two years there have been two domestic violence arrests and one death most recently. the management, (Willow Bridge Property Company) does not acknowledge or address any of these incidents to the residents. residents smoke pot and cigarettes right outside the lobby and in the garage. the building is basically a free for all, the residents realize Jackie has no backbone so anything goes. overall security on the property is abysmal, doors are constantly left ajar and unlocked. the walls are tattered, heavy painting is needed in all of the common areas. there is garbage all around the property and within the common areas. the fire alarms go off constantly, the police are here multiple times a week, management is aware of all resident concerns but doesn’t want to act on anything. save your money and look elsewhere. there are plenty of similar buildings in the area within the same price range.
I have been excited and pleased since move in day. Any concerns have been addressed thoroughly and on a timely manner. From the amenities through in house services and events have been over the top.

I instantly fell in love with this apartment. Everything here is beautiful. Gym, pool, grills, dog spa, roof top , the list goes on. Everyone here is amazing. The ladies at the front desk Jackie & Ashley are always so helpful.

Wonderful experience so far. Easy move in, great management, amenities galore. Garage parking, coffee bar, shuffleboard, billiards, exercise room, yoga room, free wifi in lobby etc.

So far it's been a week I been here and so far no complaints that I have a nice clean environment people here are nice it's not a loud place I'm comfortable here I think I made a good decision coming here

Love it here! Nice building with cool amenities. Maintenance staff on call for emergencies and love the weekly food trucks. The area is very quiet and close drive and walk to everything.
