The Beacon is the absolute worst. From entering our apartment without permission, to overcharging us, and to the police being here regularly stay away if you want to keep your sanity.
The neighborhood is really peaceful the community in the building as a whole tend to stay to themselves but are friendly respectful and cordial

I've recently moved into Ten Willard Apartments, and so far, I'm happy with my decision. The leasing process was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff, and the apartment is clean and well-maintained. While the space isn't as large as I initially hoped, it’s functional and cozy. The community is quiet, and the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and public transportation. The amenities are a nice bonus, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it has been a positive experience so far!

Convenience and amenities brought to another level. The fact that I there is a storage facility right across the visitors parking lot that is walking distance made a whole lot of difference, and also all major retailers within walking distance makes it the location perfect community.

current resident here, stay far away from the Beacon Norwalk! in the past two years there have been two domestic violence arrests and one death most recently. the management, (Willow Bridge Property Company) does not acknowledge or address any of these incidents to the residents. residents smoke pot and cigarettes right outside the lobby and in the garage. the building is basically a free for all, the residents realize Jackie has no backbone so anything goes. overall security on the property is abysmal, doors are constantly left ajar and unlocked. the walls are tattered, heavy painting is needed in all of the common areas. there is garbage all around the property and within the common areas. the fire alarms go off constantly, the police are here multiple times a week, management is aware of all resident concerns but doesn’t want to act on anything. save your money and look elsewhere. there are plenty of similar buildings in the area within the same price range.
I have been excited and pleased since move in day. Any concerns have been addressed thoroughly and on a timely manner. From the amenities through in house services and events have been over the top.

So far it's been a week I been here and so far no complaints that I have a nice clean environment people here are nice it's not a loud place I'm comfortable here I think I made a good decision coming here

Love it here! Nice building with cool amenities. Maintenance staff on call for emergencies and love the weekly food trucks. The area is very quiet and close drive and walk to everything.

The apartment units are nice but building maintenance needs a lot of work. The pool was always dirty during the summer time. There was always an excuse about the maintenance. They closed the fire pits early into the fall season without notice or feedback from the residents. The gym needs better equipment. Resident events are always “food trucks.” No opportunity for residents to meet and mingle. Rent price is too high for what we are getting. Also, some residents are somewhat suspicious. The cops are frequently on premises for different issues.
Very nice building still getting to know my neighbors. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Ashley the leasing agent is super awesome and so is Jackie. There's a lot of activities in the building for everyone to get involved in. Great building nice place to live.

Newly built apartment. Everything is updated with spacious amenities, staff members are kind plus dog friendly facility attracts many dog owners, which makes residents heart warm. Its location is at very convenient area, one can have efficient life here.

Don't let the pictures fool you. These are newly built apartments. They are overpriced, appliances stop working all the time and the heater is extremely loud. For a brand new building, there was a fire and water from the sprinkler went through all 4 floors. It left huge puddles all over. Water even got into my apartment. The management for this building is awful and not the friendliest. Dont be fooled by the pictures they post, this apartment will be garbage in the next 2 or 3 years.

Before today I would have left a positive review but then they did things. So there was a fire in the building a week back on another floor. This set of sprinklers. They ripped out the ceiling and placed a bunch of fans on the floor in the hallway. Even though the fans pose a major trip hazard and are loud if that was all we would be okay. But then they ask to enter our apartment to install something. I thought it was just routine maintenance but while coming home from work my wife calls telling me there’s a big problem. They put even bigger fans and dehumidifiers then are in the hallway in our apartment. They put the thermostat at 75 degrees!!! They have pipes going into our sink. They tripped our breakers. No wire management you think they want to kill us. They at first don’t even offer to pay the increased electricity cost even though they made our apartment basically unlivable. If this is the state of building after being open less then year hard to say how much of a trash bin this place will become. Things got even worse. They are now entering our apartment without permission claiming it is an emergency. Considering they waited week to do anything it seems the claim it is an emergency situation is crazy. The front desk guy is extremally rude. Stay far away.
