The quaint neighborhood of Love Field takes its name from the Dallas Love Field Airport, the largest attraction and amenity in the neighborhood. This highly rated airport features artwork, museums, and a variety of restaurants. The Frontiers of Flight Museum features aircraft, exhibits, and offers educational programs on aviation history that are entertaining for the whole family. They even host different events and summer camps for kids at the museum throughout the year.
Just north of the airport is Bachman Lake, surrounded by Bachman Lake Park. Residents of Love Field enjoy the park’s three-mile hike and bike trail, picnic areas, boating opportunities, recreation center, indoor aquatic center, and scenic views of the lake with airplanes often flying above. Other parks reside in the area, as well as shopping and entertainment venues. Inwood Village provides a multitude of shopping and dining experiences and houses Landmark’s Inwood Theater, a classic theater with movies and martinis.

Neighbors are horrible. Other than that everything else is okay. There’s also has some very inconsiderate neighbors that park in your driveway or directly in the middle of the road making it hard to pass

Decent place to live for the price. Limited "guest" parking convenient to my building. Am usually up and about before the first Southwest flight takes off about 6AM. Haven't quite figured out the resident that has the vehicle with an exhaust system louder than those airplanes!!! Also, seems more residents with large pets are forgetting their waste bags when using the Southside of complex to walk their dogs. Appreciate the parking garage has unreserved spots for bad weather parking. Also, like the locked package room although I will still get an occasional package delivered to my unit.

As always the community remains a great place to live. Usually quiet except for the occasional barks of the cute pooches around the area. I love that the office has little events for holidays it's helpful especially for those who have no one to spend the holiday with. I went to and event a little while ago and saw a lonely elderly man make friends with a young couple and their children. It was quite something to see. A community such as this is hard to come by these days, so great job team! Keep up the good work! :)

Great atmosphere! Staff are friendly and professional. Community spaces are kept clean, with the exception of having to reinforce to clean after resident's pets. But other than that, I would recommend here!

Maintenance responds in a timely manner and fixes the issues. Leasing staff is friendly. Neighbors are typically respectful when it comes to the sounds of noise. I pay for a parking space because my car was being dinged by others. I feel safe and secure here. No bug issues either. It’s not as modern as other complexes, however, it’s a good deal for this area.

So far my experience has been typical for apartment living. The garage parking is the only downside to the property as it gets full at times.

It's quiet and peaceful honestly what we were looking for in a living space. The staff are always quick and helpful which I love. The office always has little treats for not just me but my dog too which is great especially when we pass by on walks! Highly recommend!!!

We’re absolutely in love with our new apartment! It’s incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is a dream come true for any chef or baker, with plenty of counter space. The office team made our move-in process smooth and kept us well-informed every step of the way. We encountered three minor issues upon moving in, once we submitted the requests, two were resolved in less than 24 hours, and the third within 48 hours—an impressive timeline, especially considering my background in construction. Both of my boys couldn’t wait to explore every corner of their new home. Even my older pup, who never relaxed on the floor at our previous place, is now happily sprawled out, ready to stretch in this one.

I have no problems or complaints. It's a nice quiet community which I love! I like all the amenities such as the gym and pool. There's still some places i haven't explored yet but I'll get to them in time. Overall 10/10.

Love living here. It's private, quiet, and well kept. The only downside is the pool area. The pool is not cold and dirty most times. It's getting better with cleaning though.

We are really enjoying our new apartment open floor plan I love it. It is quite and beautiful with all the trees. No loud music or people hanging all out leaving trash around. So, I'm very grateful for that. Thanks for making this complex safe.

Recently moved to this community and the whole experience has been wonderful! The staff, condition of apartment and the grounds too. Haven’t needed them for anything too major, but the maintenance team has also been stellar. Although located adjacent to Lovefield, it’s a relatively quiet and peaceful community. My only gripe are the vehicles parked close to the entrance make it difficult to exit the property. You can’t see oncoming traffic unless you pull out and risk getting hit if there are vehicles parked on the street.

Great workers and great front office people would recommend property is keep in great shape everytime we walk around never noticed nothing bad
The lack of parking spaces and the size of parking spaces are crazy… Your car is the only thing that literally fits in the space and it is extremely difficult to open the doors and get out or in. Especially if you have children or passengers. Also, the handicap parking space situation. There are a lot of cars that are not permitted to park inside those spaces that do. It sometimes seems that the staff does not seem to care when you report things to them or bring certain things up to their concern.
I’ve only been here for about a month but so far so good. Everyone that I’ve met so far has been nice and courteous. I was looking for the washroom and I had someone asked me if I was looking for something just out of the blue, so that was nice. The two ladies at the front were extremely helpful so my experience so far has been good.
I’m finally moving into my apt today and I’m so excited. The staff has been absolutely wonderful and super responsive. The management company keeps residents updated.

Complex is fine, outdated, but decent priced for the area. Parking situation isn't great the spots are very small when you pay for covered parking. The home we toured had hardwood and was told mine would too, yet moved in and it is all carpet.

Maintenance is very diligent. Front office tends to forget to email things out but they do make up for it by catching it fairly quickly. Overall it’s a good community.

Been here for 3 years now. Just moved into a one bedroom in October. Very happy with the new management and love the lights at the pool and dog park! I love the area close to everything. And happy to have garage parking. Maintenance is always great and a friendly office staff. Looking forward to some pool time when the warmer weather is here!

The office staff is always so helpful . I’ve been here for 3 years and just signed a new lease. I love the area because it’s so close to everything. The only thing I’d say needs a little work would be the main gate. It always seems to be broken. Hopefully this is repaired very soon.

The Arches at Park Cities is centrally located in Dallas near Inwood Village and close to Dallas Tollway, I-35. The apartments are nice but the property is beginning to age. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit higher than average in crime but it is improving.

Lovely neighborhood, very quiet and safe all around. I 100% would recommend this complex to friends and family. It has nice amenities as well, and everyone is just so nice. Also they get maintenance work done really fast.

It’s a decent place to live, the amenities are good and the staff that we’ve dealt with are friendly and helpful. The only negatives that I’ve noticed are the gates seem to constantly be inoperable and need fixing as well as the elevator in the garage that to my knowledge hasn’t been working for at least a year. Outside of that I don’t hav any complaints.
