The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Amesbury
This place is horrible can't get maintenance, halls are dirty, high crime street, they charge as much as the new energy efficient apartments. The manager pretends she will help and nothing
Fire alarm went off two days in a row. The junkies in the area keep pulling the alarm. I went off for more than 2 hours before someone can shut it off. Is it not connected to the local fire station? Management won’t do anything about the the area, security is non existent.
Car break in and fire alarm going off at all hours
I’ve lived here fire just over a year and quite enjoy the location and apartment. However, the new management company is quite horrible. Communication is practically nonexistent about renovations and they don’t respond to complaints
Brandon is very amazing. He knows how to handle people with the best services that you won't find anywhere else. Excellent customer service skills...What else can I again say about this place? I guess everyone will call this place paradise on Earth. Quiet, nice people around, great commute almost to all destinations within the Seattle area. Lastly, I definitely RECOMMEND this beautiful place to everyone out there who is looking for a magnet to come to, especially if you make ends meet. I think this place will not disappoint you under any circumstances. Again, thanks Brandon for the awesome job you do on a daily basis. You are a genius. See you soon. Eugide Rock...
Quiet and really good priced. Perfect for starting out in .
