Great place to live

Been living here for 7 months and i enjoy it a lot. The apts are very spacious, clean and new. The complex has lots of great amenities including monthly resident gathering to meet other residents. New management is very responsive and the maintenance person Jose is very fast and friendly.

Wonderful Place to Live

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I can honestly say I love it here! From the amenities to the staff, everything/everyone is amazing. The grounds are always kept very clean, I feel safe, and the community is welcoming. Any problem I’ve had regarding maintenance in my apartment was met with extreme professionalism and promptness from Jose! The team here is great. Looking forward to renewing my lease for another year.

To the 1960 Walnut Creek

I have lived at the 1960 for about half a year now and have truly created a home here. The people who live here are so friendly and jumped at the opportunity to meet me at my first resident event! You can see the effort the staff pours into their community. From always seeing someone cleaning and making the place smell amazing to maintenance being so full of information when helping out in my home or around the community. Thank you to Sophia, Isabella, Emily, and Kevin for always having a smile when walking around and always being available to handle any situation. I couldn’t be happier living here!

Pricey but good, beware of utilities!

I lived at AVE before and after it was purchased by the current management company, I thought the first group of front desk people they brought in when the building was first acquired were wonderful. Their replacements are good, but I felt the first group did more to foster community. Factor in your utilities costs, mine rose vastly in the time I was there. Overall a very good option, if very pricey.

Ave Walnut Creek

I have been living at the AVE for now 7 months. The ave has provided me with a safe home, clean surrounding, and friendly people. The ave is a place where you feel you are living in Luxury. The staff here is also very helpful. Jess in specific has helped me in every possible thing I have needed towards safe living. She not only has made sure I am living happy, but also provides amazing friendly events to get to know your neighbors. I am thankful to have this spot to live at! I recommend living at the ave!
