Great location and size for the price, some flaws.

For the location price and size the Terry Anne is an amazing deal. Of course the apartments are older but for the price of the microstudios in the area you get a lot more space. The neighbourhood is a little shady though and I did have the cops come to the door one evening but I never had any personal issues. The only issue I had was with Mark. He was very flighty and forgot a lot of what he said he would fix. He talked a lot about the charm of the place but none of it sounded sincere at all. The worst part was when they were working on the apartments and we would barely get any notice and were never exactly told what they were doing to the apartments. We were also promised cleaning after their work but it was never given. The communication was lack luster, but a great location and size especially for the price! But make sure you follow up on all maintenance requests or things that are said to get done. Took me over a week to get a new rod in my closet.
