Love it here!

Waited to write this review after I’d been living here for some time so I could give a more accurate rating and now that it’s been two months since I moved in, I can wholeheartedly say I love it here. Location- Fantastic. Close to everything you may need and being able to walk out of your apartment on the weekends to buy produce or knick knacks at the Farmers Market is a sweet perk. Security- Top notch. Secured access to parking garage, entry doors, even floor levels. My car got keyed twice at my previous apartment and I have to say that the thought of that happening here doesn’t even cross my mind. Cleanliness- Impeccable. I *frequently* see the cleaning staff in the building sweeping or mopping the floors and if a tenant leaves trash somewhere, it doesn’t take long for it to be picked up. To give you guys an example, about a week ago a tenant’s dog went to the bathroom in the area exiting the elevator on my floor and with it being a weekend, I had resigned myself to the idea that it would be sitting there until at least Monday. Wrong. Left the apartment 2 hours later to go grocery shopping and the mess had already been taken care of. And I know it wasn’t the tenant that cleaned it up because housekeeping cart was still in the area. I was pleasantly shocked by the quickness with which the issue was taken care of. And finally, the staff. Every single person staffed here that I’ve encountered has been a friendly face. Axam was my leasing agent at the beginning and he was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Don’t plan on moving anytime soon, I highly recommend this complex.

Taylor Lofts is awesome!

Really great place to live!! I moved in to Taylor Lofts recently. I am new to the city, and I feel so much at home. The people who work at the complex are incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I have. The area feels incredibly safe and has a really fun atmosphere -- you are literally in the middle of the Farmer's Market. The apartment I have feels clean and new and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this place to a lot of people and am beyond happy with my decision to move here. Move in experience -- quick, easy, and no problems Employee interactions -- very positive and respectful Rating of apartment unit -- A+

Great Spot in the heart of Downtown

Excellent location close to both Deep Ellum, Main Street and Pearl and a quick jump onto i30/35E/75 to get around to the Metroplex. Nextdoor to delicious restaurants in the Market and Weekend Farmers Market for fresh and local produce direct from the farmers themselves. Only downsides are due to the usual city living issues.
