Beautiful complex with very nice amenities! A dog friendly community, everyone is respectful of each other and cleans up after their pets. Maintenance team is incredible with speedy responses.

I have really enjoyed living here for the past year. One of the things I like most is the convenience of paying rent online. All of my maintenance requests have been addressed and solved extremely fast as well! Parking is never an issue and the amenities are great!
The apartments have everything you need to live a comfortable life and the place is very quiet and safe. The best thing is that the H-E-B is just a 5-minute walk away. Nothing better than that for shopping.

From back to school goodie bags to christmas wrapping paper, Tacara has taken such good care of us. Any maintenance requests are promptly attended to and never a hassle to have even just an air filter changed. I love Tacara being my home.

We will always love the neighborhood, and shops so near to Tacara Apartments. Not only does Tacara have many amenities to enjoy, we are in walking distance from so many places. Especially when the weather starts to cool off, it's a perfect time to do a short, quick walk. Even if you just want to go out for a walk in our community.
Tacara office staff and maintenance are awesome. Neighbors and noise not so great, when comes to the small units they back to back with the neighbor so can hear if talking or movement around or noise from the floor.

Loud neighbors and the gate is broken more than it’s working. The pool is nice though and the apartment is nice. A bit pricey for a studio though.
I have enjoyed living here over many years. The people have been nice and accommodating. It’s comfortable living with a. Lot of good amenities.

Have been here for 6 years and so far I have been happy and comfortable here. My daughter is living in her apartment here also with her family who is a plus seeing my granddaughters frequently. And taking them to enjoy the pool and doggy park.

Really enjoy the community and neighbors in Tacara Westpointe. The pool has been a nice retreat from this Texas heat and it is always kept clean. There is always plenty of parking, which is another reason I enjoy living here

I haven't had any major issues living here, its been pretty smooth sailing. Only problem ive had is just slight bugs but I believe its just because of its that time of season and or one of my neighbors aint living with the best hygiene lol

Very nice community, I wish the EV chargers were turned on. Management is good and maintenance is always quick. Fair price and I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

The community is located in a great area. We have access to come in and out of the complex and get to our destination fast. The only thing we do not like, happens every spring break and summer. The residents do not listen to the pool rules. We have many who wear G string bathing suits, smoke and blast their own music at the pool with no respect for the others trying to enjoy their day.

This is a great place to live. It is right off 35 and located between San Antonio and Austin. The office staff is wonderful, professional and courteous and will actually contact you back when needed. The maintenance is awesome, things are addressed quickly.

Very nice apartment, walls are thick so i dont hear neighbors, amazing gym & close by everything i could ever need. Pool is very nice as well

Overall 10 star rating! We haven't had any issues! And when there is something wrong maintenance fixes it right then and there. The pool and outdoors area is always clean

Living at Tacara Westpointe Village is amazing. Everyone is polite and easy going there's never any disturbances and the staff is the best that I've had experience with. They are very responsive and tentative. The maintenance is done on a timely basis and the amenity's are beautiful.

One the best community in New Braunfels for the family very good amenities.the gym and the pool is amazing the staff is very attentive would highly recommend living in tacara at west point village.

My experience excellent, would highly recommend living here. The staff is very friendly to me, what's nice is that this apartment is set in between my college in San Marcos, and my job in San Antonio.

Grounds are clean, pool always looks good, plenty of parking, lots of resident events, and community is quiet. Apartments are big and lots of closet space.

Its been good besides the construction outside. A while back it was constant noise and also having my whole apartment shake from the larger machinery used. Everything else i could complain about is part of apartment living. Just the construction between the panda express and now new offices the one thing that has been an issue. Great otherwise.

Living here has been wonderful! I’ve lived in several apartments and used to be an apartment locator, so I’m well versed and I can say this property is great. It’s quiet, I feel safe, neighbors are not a problem, maintenance guys are ON IT and very nice/helpful, office ladies are superb and yep, I have zero complaints, wildly enough!

I really enjoy living in this paridise it’s definitely a resort feel to it the tenants are so nice and welcoming. I love it at night with all the lights and it is definitely quite I love to read by the pool and enjoy when the food trucks come it seems as if I’m on vacation all the time. If I ever had a Metance problem it was easy to get addressed and quickly taken care of

My experience has been very professional and an enjoyment to do business with, the people are very helpful and pleasant, I had to call several times to fill out the rental application and the lady was extremely helpful, I hope my time there is as nice as she was.

The office staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with regarding issues. The grounds and maintenance are kept, and work orders are completed in a timely manner. The apartments are nice and have several features and amenities offered throughout the property. Also, the location cannot be better!
