The complex is nice and stays very well maintained. Thank you for fixing the gates to get into the property as that was a safety feature that is important. Parking is the only main drawback as it is challenging to find a good spot.

I’m loving it so far just moved in on 8/8/2025 and already feeling at home. Can’t leave out my daily cafe mocha. That’s a great benefit to have. I love the layout of the apartment as well. My SO loves the kitchen and been doing all the cooking and cleaning

I been here for 4 years and every year is going downhill. Resident don’t take care of this place anymore. Trash everywhere they are loud. Drive so fast. Elevator breaks a lot and pool and gates. Maintenance people are awesome! They fix everything real quick.

The property is quiet and peaceful for the most part. Access to plenty of shopping which is a good and bad thing because of traffic coming and going.

So far so good. The apartment is clean, compared to other apartments in the neighborhood. Lift is unfortunately only on one side of the building, which is not easily accessible by residents living on the other side of the apartment. The front gate seems to be open most of the day, could be faulty but may pose a security risk especially for those living close to the gate. Overall, I am liking my experience so far

I moved in December 20th with my 2 dogs. Of course my sweet toddler and husband! Our experience has been great so far and the office is very attentive! The gym is nice and the pool looks like it will be fun! Hope to meet the community more soon!

Had a smooth move in. Layout is beautiful. Dog park is huge . Everything is clean and quiet. Showers are big. Had trouble connecting electricity and they went out of their way to get meter number.

The promised amenities rarely were functional. The pool was closed a lot during the summer. The elevator went out multiple times for weeks at a time. The gates were out a lot. The noise levels were higher than I expected. There were numerous car break ins. The mail boxes are in shambles.

Me and my family absolutely love our new home. It’s spacious and comfortable. I love how big the kitchen as well. Location is good besides the small traffic by spring cypress light and I don’t like how fast the residents drive in the parking lot.

Good afternoon my name is Lisa. I been here 3 years. Office staff is friendly, maintenance is nice, community is calm . I hope my rate does not increase as I'd like to renew but based off current prices online I am paying over 100 dollars more for the same floorplan.

Overall, it’s been great living here. I’ve never had an issue with the maintenance team fulfilling work orders. The office staff has events for residents and schedule food trucks which is great for those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance and others that are a short distance away, depending on your preferences. Sometimes you may not get an up close parking space and will have to park farther away from your building. There are garages available to rent.

It’s a very nice place, very warm and welcoming. Amenities are nice and leasing office staff is ready to serve with the best attitude possible.
I’ve been here for a year and let’s just say the first 6 months were nice but after not so good. I’ve been having ac issues but they just say it’s because the sun is setting on one side of the apartment. There is bird poop everywhere in front of apartment doors on the doors , spiderwebs around the front doors in the breeze way on the stairwells. There is not grounds upkeep here and corporate doesn’t seem to care either. This is classified as a luxury apartment but it’s so dirty and the gate is ALWAYS BROKEN, tires have been taken off at least 3 cars in the past month. Parking is a joke!

We inspected your a/c and while it was working well, we understand the August heat was difficult to bear. It seems the cooler weather helped but let us know if the issue pops up again, and we’ll be happy to take another look. For the bird droppings, we’re doing our best to keep up with pressure washing, but the birds are quick! Since they’re protected, we can’t remove the nests, but we’ll stay on top of the cleaning. The gates have been a bit of a headache lately, mainly because of cars hitting them, but we’re repairing them as fast as we can. Appliances are old and worn out. Pool was down a lot this summer. Elevator was out a lot this summer. Lots of cigarettes butts on the grounds for a smoke free community.

The elevator being down was a real frustration, especially after the storm in May that caused delays for a lot of places in the city, but we got it back up as soon as we could. We know the smoke-free policy is important, and we do our best to keep the grounds clean. That said, we also need residents to help out by keeping their areas tidy. Honestly I’m pretty disappointed. I just moved in and it seems like the amenities are not well taken care of. Only one grill on property works. The one grill happens to be inside the pool, which seems to always be closed. I’ve now met and talked with several of my neighbors that have been here close to a year, all of who confirm the pool is closed quite regularly with no notice or reasoning provided.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for any hassle you’ve experienced. We’re aware that one grill isn’t working, but the other three are good to go while we work on getting the broken one replaced. As for the pool, it’s only closed when repairs are needed. Unfortunately, a lot of the closures are due to damages caused by things like broken glass or debris, which can mess with the filtration system. Our move in was a smooth transition! Pamela was amazing and the facilities are top. We look forward to enjoying the pool and gym. The elevators make it so easy to bring our furniture and an added benefit when we carrying groceries

I have had very bad experience with this property in the last year. My car has gotten damaged twice. Once by angry visitor who smashed several windshields. Second time, by window shutters during the storm. Twice I've had to pay a deductible to my insurance to get it fixed. I've asked the property manager to give me an alternative which would be a garage and it seems like neither her or her upper management care for their residents. I will not be renewing my lease next year. Very upset with this outcome and lack of help.

The staff here is wonderful! They helped me to make everything run very smoothly. Helping me to set up Apps, my Internet Service, parking for guests and taking care of little things in the apartment. Absolutely amazing staff. They pay attention to all of the tiny Details, making me feel very welcomed. This is home!

The place is fine. This is the only place where the garbage man can add 100 dollars to the rent without due process. The management changes so often that it makes trusting the people a real job. I would've given the place 5 stars , but for these arbitrary additions to the monthly rent. I confess that it's a nice place.

Everything has been great. The office is very clean with a beautiful pool, the property is well maintained and the staff is very nice and friendly. The tour was a major part of our decision to move into the SYNC at Spring Cypress. Our apartment was clean and ready to move in on time. We was also surprised with a welcome basket that had treats and other things we can use around the apartment. Thanks for the warm welcome. We feel at home.

I love it here it’s quiet and so very peaceful The only thing I don’t really care for is parking and if you have a second vehicle you have to pay $125 for a garage

So far so good. I was a little concerned about the parking rules and vistor permits but a lot easier than I thought. I had a few things that needed fixing and both management and maintenance have been on it. Quiet place so far and overall just love my actual apartment. Spacious and bigger than I thought.

Have been here going on 3 weeks and so far everything is real nice. The apartment I moved into was clean with only a quirky washer that maintenance came quickly to address. Sometimes the complex has events like ice cream and pool parties.

I've been here since Nov.2023 and so far it has been a great experience. It's pretty quiet and the grounds are clean majority of the time. It's a peaceful environment.

Pamela helped us move in and she has been great to work with, I’ve even seen her at the dumpster picking up the trash and putting it in the compactor. Maintenance has been very responses to all of our requests, especially Jorge, he’s been great also!
