I like the fact that it is quiet, the grounds are kept clean and the office and maintenance staff are always nice and willing to help. The only thing that I don't like is that there are too many people with big dogs that don't pick up after them, especially in the dog park.

Do not move in these apartments due to lack of having apartment move in ready, lack of communication, I had to take days off work and miss out on pay because they did not have the apartment ready. They thought giving me a week of my rent was sufficient even though after a month my apartment still needs work to be completed.

Sunset Winds is a descent living community. It's location is good, magnificent buildings with spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings designed with great stones/marbles & plants/flowers. None of amenities listed are available and still charging tenants high prices, while new tenants save hundreds. Filth, no pools (no amenities) and an uncaring staff. This place has gone downhill! Avoid if you can. They try to block bad reviews, just ask any tenant. Many of us are unhappy!

The apartments are far from the best, but the team is second to none! Each year we debate on moving but the sole factor that keeps us here is the staff. That's saying a whole lot! In short, the community is nothing without the staff.

We have been at Sunset for six plus years and our experiences have been very positive with the interactions with both the office and maintainence staffs. We hohever were extremely disappointed with the response to our requests to some changes (new rugs, painting). Since we our in our 80s and intended to stay in this apt., this decision was upsetting and we have decided to seek other options to rewing our lease.

Worst year of my life. When I moved in, the apartment had a horrific smell, I wasn’t sure if it was a cigarette smell from the previous owners, neighbors or a new paint smell but after living there for a few months I realized apartment 512 was mold infested. I found mold under the sink and reported it and got that replaced quick but it was previously covered up with paint. The entire time my roommate and I would have asthma attacks which we now realized it was because of the mold. My toilet stopped flushing and when I opened the lid it was covered in mold. When my roommate moved out and the other toilet stopped being used, mold would build up in the bowl. Then when moving out, I was charged for the “smell” of cigarettes when I have never smoked a cigarette in my life and I had made it clear that there was a funky smell when I moved in. Because of that smell I lost my security deposit and had to pay an extra $300. Overpriced and outdated apartment

Sunset Winds has been a great place to live. In comparison to the market, rent prices are very reasonable and affordable. The community is kept extremely clean, and the staff are super helpful. Maintenance always responds to calls very quickly, and repairs are always timely and well-managed. The front office staff are all super friendly and incredibly helpful. It’s in a great location too! Overall very happy to call this place home.

This was a fantastic apartment complex. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were especially nice and helpful. We were on the second floor and never had any issues with bugs, noise, or crime. The location is within walking distance of all shopping and bus lines. Most of our appliances were in excellent working order. We did have several appliances break, (sink, AC) but they were always fixed the same day. Every issue we had was resolved quickly. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
Very friendly neighbors. Staff seems friendly but they are not there to help you. Check your lease before signing, they change things without telling you until the move in date when you have no choice but to accept their new terms. They will smile to your face while telling you there's nothing they can do other than refund you but they know you're there with a truck of stuff so you obviously can't just find another apartment that day. Just really read your lease and make sure nothing is changed because they are out to get you any way they can.
my townhouse is perfect size and fits my lifestyle right down to the appliances I love, to have enough storage space for all the things I need for holidays
This apt. is more like a home. All the neighbors are like family , we have all lived here for years. It's close to restaurants , shopping , work, family fun. Has a work out area and pools. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.
