Property Ratings at Summerwell Sunterra
I’ve recently moved into this townhome and overall, I really do enjoy living here so far. The community is quiet, and the space itself is comfortable and easy to settle into. The leasing office staff has been helpful—especially when I’m able to visit in person. They clearly explained the amenities and move-in process, which made things easier in the beginning. That said, there are a few things that have made the experience feel a bit frustrating at times. Since the property is managed by an HOA, the leasing office is pretty hands-off when it comes to certain issues, which can be a little confusing when trying to figure out who to contact. For example, I had to deal with unexpected flooding on my third day here, and unfortunately, I had to manage it on my own. On a positive note, the maintenance team has been pleasant to work with, and I appreciate their professionalism when I’ve interacted with them. In summary, I do enjoy living here—the location and environment are great—but I’ve run into a few hiccups early on. Hoping things smooth out moving forward!

We recently moved to Santerra, and we truly feel that everything here is made for people’s comfort and enjoyment. The large pool, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, and other amenities make it a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and respectful, and our neighbors are kind and welcoming. Even though we don’t speak English very well yet — we moved here from Ukraine — we have never felt uncomfortable. Everyone we’ve met in the community has been warm, helpful, and very friendly. We really appreciate the atmosphere and how easy it is to feel at home here.
