This is by far the worst place to live! The staff is beyond rude—completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful. They don’t care about tenants at all. Maintenance is a joke; they never fix anything, but they have no problem charging insanely high fees for no reason. The water and sewer bills are ridiculously high every month, and the apartments are infested with roaches and other disgusting pests. When you move out, they will rob you with outrageous charges for normal wear and tear. Do yourself a favor and find a better place

I went in there to ask information about apartments and the staff was very nice and professional. My friend recently moved in and recommended these apartments. I called back since I had a couple of questions and Miss Lorena and Miss Jacky explained me more about the apartment. We will definitely be submitting an application.

I have been living at this complex for four years. Of the apartments that I lived in, I prefer these apartments. I love having the outside storage unit, the floor plan, and the location I am in. What I like about Summervale is that they have events for the residents. However, I think the apartments are overpriced. These are not luxury apartments, so the prices should not reflect that. You have people here who pop firecrackers during the holidays and I have a neighbor who somehow thinks it is okay to blast their music loud like they are the only one's who live here or this is a bar. I have called the courtesy patrol two or three times to make a complaint about the resident who blasts their music (apparently only on a Sunday evening). I do not know if anything has been done because I think if something was done, then the resident would not be blasting their music so loud it vibrates off the walls ever again. You can't enjoy were you live when you have people like that living in the complex. These are pretty good apartments and I will miss the staff when I leave.

I have been searching for my first apartment in Houston for the past 2 months now, and even with how everything has been altered due to the pandemic, the staff at Summervale has made my search less stressful and the best experience possible. They don't get bothered by all my millions of questions (with this being my first place on my own) and have such a great selection of floor plans all within my limited price range! I am now overly excited to get moved in and hope that my first place will stay my home for many years to come! I just want to give a great big thanks to everyone working there for making this so easy and exciting for me!!

I have lived at summervale for 1 year, and have recently chosen to renew for another. The location of the apartment complex is super convenient being that i am 15 minutes away from the galleria. I also chose to renew because i have not faced any issues during my stay here, the office staff has been very helpful and courteous. I have entered about 3 work order for the whole year and maintenance has fixed them in a timely manner. Overall i have enjoyed my stay here, the only problem that i have is the dumpsters on the weekends when they overfill, but they usually take care of it by Monday morning
My apt was not ready when I moved in. The tub was resurfaced the day I moved in and smelled up the place. The carpet had just been shampooed and was wet. The air conditioner didn't work. And they have a colony of bats. 5 days in and the tub/shower doesn't work right and I've seen roaches in the kitchen. I wish I had done a better job choosing my first apt in Houston.
