The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sugar Creek
Ive lived here for 15 years & I've never had any major isues that weren't fixed right away. Their have been lots of staff changs in the years I've lived here but the girls that are working in the office right now are awesome. They are really sweet and helpful. My only issue is that the rents do go up and down a lot but its not ever too expensive for jersey village. they have good schools and is close to everything. i dont plan on leaving. love it heree
terrible apartment complex. Apartments are outdated, the staff is rude and it takes forever Maintenance to come fix your issues. That is if they decide to come. Don’t let the positive comments fool you! Don’t waste money and time on this place
They no longer take in your packages Pricilla is not professional at all the other two are great wouldn’t recommend moving here that’s a honest opinion just keeping it real... there are more than one reason for not moving here but when my lease is up I won’t be renewing...
Beginning with the office staff, I have no complaints but praise. Chelsie and Mrs. Angelas' professionalism conveys concern, respect and fairness. I just love this duo! As for the property, it is well kept, very quiet and maintenance do respond in a acceptable amount of time. The only issue I see is the dumpsters should be larger in the areas with more apartment population. This would assure the trash will not fall out or be left surrounding the dumpster. The waste management company that service the property is not good. They will not pick up anything surrounding it nor that falls. Besides that, I love it here!
Sugar Creek apartments here in Houston are affordable (for apartment rent) and nice on the inside. The Crown molding, lush carpet and spacious bedrooms make for a nice living environment. The outside of the apartments is well manicured with some trees. The pool area is nice as well.
