Love the building. The pool is amazing. Property is well taken care of. Apartments are furnished and perfection.

Easily accessible to FIU and shopping. Close to the airport. Love the staff. They’re so kind and helpful. I love living here.

I moved in recenly and the process went extremely smooth. I was helped by Briana with the subleasing process, she was very attentive and responded to my emails quickly. As well Luara who was patient with me while helping me with my key and work order for the suite.

The property is conveniently located. Staff is responsive and pleasant. Apartments are nice.

Place is very clean, friendly, furnished, and all around a great place to stay. It’s also not too far from FIU. 5/5

Identity Miami is such a great place to live as a student. The location’s super convenient, the amenities are on point, and the staff is always helpful. It’s easy to meet people and feel part of the community. Definitely recommend if you want a fun, comfortable spot close to campus!

These apartments are perfect! They’re clean, fully furnished and great distance from school. The leasing office staff are great at helping out and getting me settled in

From the staff to the residents living here everything is great. Love the location, it’s not too far from FIU, the beach and downtown. It’s located in a residential area, it’s not sketchy at all. It’s very lowkey, the amenities aren’t too packed all the time. The building does events for the residents and it’s always a great time. Perfect for student housing and great if you work in Miami. Definitely check it out, the staff will give a great in depth tour of the building, and they run great specials if you’re able to catch them. Good find for Miami market.

I will list all the reasons you should avoid this place like the plague. Parking garage is never pressure washed and is full of soot from cars (the floors are all black), all the trash cans around the building are always full, illegal drug use everywhere, they will charge you for anything and everything, management is unresponsive, dont get tricked by the pretty pictures pool and gym really suck, and by far worst issue is the elevators are always down i have waited upwards of 5 minutes to get down from the 11th floor huge risk for emergencies. AVOID

I was really disappointed with this place - it was completely disorganized. Their email responses took forever, and when I finally received a reply, the information was incorrect. It's important to know that the moving-in process can take several days, and they don't allow phone conversations. To make matters worse, I received an email saying I could move in, but the next day they retracted the offer. Overall, it was an extremely messy and unorganized experience. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was obligated to move out after SEVERAL complaints of mariguana smoke getting inside my apartment. Nothing, absolutely nothing was done about it. Most of the time you can smell in in the hallways and even the elevators. Police also, would not do anything about it. Very disappointing.

Excellent value for money, high cleanliness, a stunning oasis and paradise set in the glorious sunny Miami. An opportunity for heads of the future from all over the world to meet socialise, live in well catered for accommodation and hopefully start a chain reaction of settings the world to rights and maybe have a drink or two!
