Navy Yard extends along the Anacostia River, from roughly Capitol Street to Pennsylvania Avenue. It includes Nationals Park, home to the MLB's Washington Nationals, and the US Navy Museum. The neighborhood contains the Washington Navy Yard, a National Historic Landmark. Established in 1799, it is one of the country's oldest operating naval facilities. Navy Yard is a popular, exciting neighborhood with fantastic brownstones and incredible river views.

I had a tour with Jerrod Davis. The leasing manager at Stratos! I was greeted by the concierge who was so sweet and accommodating. Even though I’m looking for a 2026 move-in, Jerrod still accommodated me with a grand tour. Showing me apartments and the rooftop (which is too die for!). Jerrod is super funny also, if you can get a tour in with Jerrod! Please do! He won’t disappoint! Looking forward to coming back to this place in the future.

I walked this community and was so thoroughly impressed with the concept, design, and he grounds. The Chief Engineer, Douglas, was helpful with cool information about the eco-friendly and sustainable aspects of the community as he allowed me to tour the community thoroughly. Even though the exterior grounds were not fully complete, it was still stunning and would be an amazing place to lay your head!
