Stonebrook Village

I just recently moved into our 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom with full size washer & dyer connects. i love our new home. Both my husband & I work near by. Plus our 2 children are able to attend FISD. This is a great area that sits off the main road. I feel that we have choose the right place.

I am so lucky that I found Stonebrook in Frisco. The property is safe, quiet and clean. If there is ever anything that needs to be fixed, maintenance comes quickly. A special shout out to Ariel. He worked late to ensure my apartment had ac on a hot night. Man, you're the best! The schools in Frisco cannot be beat and are rated at the very top of the entire Dallas Fort Worth area. Having an affordable property in the Frisco school district is a blessing. Virginia is the property manager. She fluent in both Spanish and English is very involved in the community. She gets to know the families and the kids, which makes a big difference in making Stonebrook feel like home.

Virginia and Yolanda are wonderful. They were such a huge help when I was assisting my father in his move to Frisco so he could be closer to me. They walked me through the application process and were an invaluable support during that time. He has now lived here over a year and is very happy! Every little issue is taken care of very quickly by the maintenance staff, and all the staff work hard to keep the property in good shape. I take great comfort in knowing I can count on seeing familiar, friendly faces when I visit the leasing office or see staff around the property.

Moved to Frisco from Louisiana and first day I lmoved in the carpet was still dirty and broken blind in one of the bedrooms. Once I was here a couple of days it was like a roach motel and 3 months later I'm still fighting roaches. They have never fixed anything i have called them about. Although they are ready to evict someone for late payment. The pool was said to be getting fix and since I moved in June and here it is almost September and we still can't access the pool. We pay do much in rent and we are not accessible to things that we should be and they dont maintain the apartments they way they should. If you can help it save yourself and run. As soon as my lease is up I will be leaving.

Finding safe affordable housing in Frisco is really a challenge. Stonebrook not only offers a great location and reasonable rents, but the free after school program is a life saver for working parents. The property is clean, well kept and management is responsive and professional.

Management is one of the worst on earth. Please do NOT be fooled by their fake smiles ! Low income apartments ? No , Prices say other wise. The apartments are not even worth what they cost. The pool stays dirty and green, Roaches & Ants; Maintenance tries to come into your apartment whether your home or not without permission!

I moved here in 2015.These are great starter Apartments, Plus they are located in the heart of Frisco. Mrs. V. RODRIGUEZ HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF AWESOME .Mrs. Yolanda is awesome. They made my move from Saint Louis as stress free as possible. The rooms in the two bedrooms offer much space.

I went in on Monday 8/21/17 to look at the apartments. Virginia gave me the best tour. She was the sweetest person my experience was wonderful. Today I went in and with the help of Yolanda who was also so sweet I found my new apt. They helped me get on the floor I needed with a great location so I submitted my application I am so excited beyond words. If your looking for a affordable and beautiful place to stay go see that awesome staff they were the sweetest.

Overall experience was great... Very friendly staff... i love the black appliances and blinds... Walking distance to schools... Daycare down the block... Highly recommend...

Stonebrook Village is a great place to live. There is an after school program that is free for all tenants, which is great for working Moms. This is a very quiet community. Everyone keeps to themselves and looks out for each other. Unlike some other places, there are no loud parties, sketchy people hanging around or anything bad. The pool area is great and the property is well maintained. All of the buildings just got repaired and painted. If you ever need something, the manager and maintenance are fast and kind.

I've been here going on 2 years and have no complaints...Management has always been curteous and pleasant to be around...prompt call backs..maintenance quick to fix any issues..my overall experience has been awesome..

I have been living here for 7 years. Since the first i haven't had roach problems and the mangers have always been friendly,also provide good maintenance.

As a working mom-Thanks for providing the after school program. It's been a LIFESAVER!!!

Fast response to fixing things..usually complete within a week.

This property started out really nice. The staff was decent and the community as well as the apartment was great despite the many reviews of roaches. It has slowly worsened.For the first year we took the roach reviews with a grain of salt and thought that the only reviews you read about are the bad ones. There would be one here and there, but not a huge deal. The pest control people would come in and spray, problem solved. Then after the first year mark, BAM. Roaches galore. Now when pest control comes it magically brings more roaches out instead of killing them, it's like they are feeding them. Nothing seems to fix it! We count ourselves lucky when we only see 5 a day... GROSS RIGHT?! NOW Maintenance and Management are a whole other issue. The complex suffered several maintenance malfunctions in the same week. These malfunctions were where a faulty line connecting to the toilet, which was admittedly known by both maintenance and management to be a problem, burst causing the entire apartment and several others to FLOOD! We lost nearly everything!! Explaining to your three year old that you have no toys because the apartment flooded due to negligence is pretty sad! Instead of being fixed in a timely manner, both management and maintenance were not in a hurry to do anything. Instead of getting us into a new apartment which was available at the time they just left us with no answers. It took a week and a half to get fans in the unit to dry it out, It was a heck of a fight getting them to put in new padding and tack strip because the old was moldy. It was just over all a stressful process and they still expected us to pay the whole month's rent even though we were there for less than half of it. Management treats you like you are always wrong and are below them. If you are considering this complex due to price and location, I urge you to reconsider before you lease and the roaches carry you off into the sunset while your apartment takes on as much water as the Titanic.

it is cheap in that area of Frisco. Cabinets are not very good and the air conditioning does not cool very well. the manager is not very friendly.They have changed hands several times, and I move separation couple of place.

I've been living here for 3 years and the roaches never go away even when pest control comes, I've bombed this place 10 times in 3 years!!! This is my last year here as they do not want to replace cabinets or dish washer or anything at that, these things have been here since 09 or longer save your money and get a better place!!

If you are lower income/looking for more space but less rent then Stonebrook Village Apts. is a good start to look. The staff is nice. There always seems to be trash around. Tenets don't seem to pick it up. Maintenance tries.

I am a resident of Stonebrook Village Apt since 2011. The Apt community is fairly priced for low/average income tenants. Most importantly it is situated in heart of Frisco and in close proximity to schools, Frisco City Centre, shopping malls and Frisco Police Station itself. Starting from Estate Manager who is courteous, extremely customer focussed; the other staff follows her footsteps and are courteous, mannered, knowledgeable, and always eager to serve/help tenants in best possible way. In short, my tenure as tenant since 2011 itself proves my satisfaction to utmost level as tenant for the apt community. I sincerely believe that for the price/rent, service, fantastic staff, on the dot maintenance service, ... this is the best apt to live in centre of Frisco.

Frisco has excellent schools and Stonebrook is located walking distance to the schools. New management took over in early 2014 and has worked hard to improve everything. Service requests are responded to promptly, the place is quiet and safe and the rents are cheap. Stonebrook provides a free after school program too - that's a big help for working parents.
