Living at [Apartment Complex Name] has been frustrating due to the incredibly poor internet service. Whether you're working from home, streaming, or just trying to browse the web, expect constant disruptions and painfully slow speeds. The complex only allows one internet provider, and unfortunately, their service is unreliable and outdated. Despite multiple complaints from residents, management has done nothing to improve the situation. If you rely on stable internet for work or entertainment, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. It's 2025—having reliable internet should not be this difficult!
The management team is just rude all the time and does not help you with anything. They will give you a broken apartment and if things are going to get fixed or not is complete luck. If they do congrats, but if they don't there is nobody that you can talk to. The management will just be rude to you and dismiss you. The hot tub in the apartment rarely works.

the office has no knowledge of what the employees are doing, there is no communication anywhere, I have requested a service for more than 3 weeks, and what the employees do is close the request without coming to repair my problem, you better think before choose these apartments.

It was a great complex before this new management took over. Nobody in the leasing office knows anything, they’re literally dear in headlights and unhelpful. Communication is HORRIBLE. The maintenance team sucks majorly now. You have to call multiple times for them to actually come by and when they do they only do a temporary fix instead if actually resolving the issue, which means you have to keep calling them. I’ve been dealing with an issue with my heat/ac since February, it’s still to this day not fixed.

Any other place I have resided in requires 30 day notice to vacate. The notice to renew or vacate was left 60 days prior to end date. Really leaves no choice but to stay does it? Not to mention the rate increase is frustrating especially when we've paid early or on time. If you want 60 day written notice maybe leave the reminder 90 days prior? The lack of communication from office and/or maintenance is upsetting. Been waiting for a couple of things to be repaired since move in.

If I could give a zero I would. Now Greystar owns Stone Cliff Apartments here in CO, so they have a part to play in training there staff with professionalism. So our AC was down completely for a week during the summer and was told by Stone Cliff's home office that staff will be in by a certain day. Well a staff decided to come into our apartment on a different day, decided to just come in without anyone knowing to do repairs. Think of it this way what if my wife was here taking a shower or kids were alone at home sleeping and this random stranger come into our home. I brought this up to the employee and never got a sorry or any kind of apology and acted like this is normal. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and breaches the trust and safety that this company should stand for. I hope Stone Cliff takes this VERY seriously.

Front office never responds to emails or noise complaints and they don’t take responsibility for lack of communication. They also charged me for renters insurance despite me providing it before I moved in so I’ve been charged for 2 months now and they claim they cant remove the charge. We moved here about a year and a half ago & it has been a great experience for us. We havent had any issues with management or the community which Im very happy about. I feel comfortable & safe here which is a major plus since we have a small baby. The complex is beautiful & very well kept its easy to go for a nice walk around which we do very often.

On the whole it's a comfortable community to live in. The grounds are kept nicely and when needed the maintenance crew acts quickly and efficiently.
