Property Ratings at Stone Brook
Poor management I moved 9/2019 to a dirty apartment was told the clean people will clean the unit they was a no show. The AC sucks. Roaches! When someone moves out they move into your unit. Everytime I have spoke to the Manager about a problem in my unit, you will need to call a few time concerning the same problem. She is NOT proactive. The rent over price for the service you get. But hey this is the place to come to give away your money and get you ready to buy your own house.
I moved into Stonebrook in 02/2020, my whole experience here has been nothing but I cluster of disaster. My A/C has broke 5 times within the last 5 months. When maintenance personnel arrives at your apartment he tries to convince that nothing is wrong with the A/C and blames your unit not cooling properly on living on the 2nd floor. I had my AC set at 70 degrees and the apartment wouldn't cool below 82. My AC completely broke 7/10/20 and today is 7/14/20 and my AC is still not fixed. Maintenance personnel advised that there wasn't any portable AC units available so I had to go buy one that cost me 415$. Office staff also stated that there is nothing that they can do until the part arrives. I dare not say the temp outside has been triple digits everyday since the AC went out. I have placed my early termination of lease paper work in & I'm praying the next 60 days zoom by. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.

I don’t know how recent these reviews are but if it says 4 stars, they’re having their staff write bogus reviews. Being at Stonebrook was an absolute nightmare. Inconsistent staffing, lack of communication, the management company is a bunch of thieves, bugs over run your apartment and no matter how many work orders you put in, they’ll be ignored. Take your money and go somewhere else. The gate never works, trash is all over the what could be nice grounds, valet trash never picks up trash, apartments all smell disgusting, carpet doesn’t get replaced, so pray you move in to an apartment that isn’t animal infested. The staff sit around and don’t do jack. Don’t answer phone calls, you’ll find them gossiping about residents. Be ready to pay a cleaning fee, no matter how clean you leave your apartment when you move out. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new apartment at Stonebrook. The staff has been amazingly helpful, they catered to my needs and wants even after I sign my lease. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. They answer all service calls within hours. ???? The Stonebrook complex is very quiete which I LOVE. Not too mention the interior is so modern and up to date! I can’t wait to finish decorating??! Sincerely, Very happy tenant??
I moved in with some co-workers and we love are stay! we from Louisiana, office always helps when needed. Love the View. And everything the apartment complex has to offer if you ask me i would say come stay here..

They refused to give me a ride to my apmt, that is located at the back of the complex, in their golf cart. Had to walk from the office all the way to my apmt in the middle of a hot day.
I enjoy the fact that I could just place my trash out of mybapartment and soneone comes and picks it up for me. I get home from work tired indont want to thow my trash out.
My family and I just moved into Stonebrook Apartments and we are beyond happy! The staff is SO NICE AND HELPFUL. Beautiful living, clean, up to date. They have a cute dog park, and children's park as well! The pool's look clean and lots of space and seating. The move in process was so easy and the ladies up front helped me so much! My husband works days and I was having to handle most of paper work with my kids. Latoya is a employee at front office and she was so sweet and patient with my little ones and myself. I have lived in multiple apartments and this one has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Stonebrook staff for being awesome!
Every since I visited this apartment complex I feel in love. I had an awesome guide that day and she still to this day helps me in whatever way she can. I have gotten to know most of the girls in the office and they are always pleasant and wonderful to work with.
By far this has been the best apartments I have lived in. The staff has been very helpful and caring. The property has A-1 amenities such as Parcel Pending, 2 pools and fitness center. I can not forget about maintenance they tend to you in a timely manner.

This place has always been clean, and well kept. I"ve never had any problems with anything!!! I just have nothing negative to say about Stonebrooks....This is my Home..and by being a single woman I"ve always felt safe. I highly recommend Stonebrooks to anyone looking to move.
I have been living at Stonebrook for many years and have seen the many changes this property has gone through. This property is my favorite in all of Baytown. Dasia, Latoya, Susie and Franchesqa are a great team and very professional. In all my years living here, Dasia (Manager) has followed through on many upgrades and changes previous management has promised. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move inside Baytown.
If your looking for an apartment Stonebrook apartments has W/D in the unit. Granted counter top and back splash very up to date ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

I love the fact that the school bus drops the kids off and picks them up from school to home very convenient for me.
Franchesqa is super friendly and extremely professional, as well as the entire staff thus far! This place is absolutely gorgeous and very well-maintained. When my wife and baby went to the pool at night it felt as if we were at a resort on vacation. Absolutely love it here!
Stonebrook apartments has been a pleasant experience, so far especially considering the little time I had to make this experience happened. But thanks to the Susana & the rest of the staf everything fell in place in decency and order. The property is very quiet from what I can see and the place has great lighting for safety purposes. I would definitely recommend this a place to live if your looking for something affordable and quiet.
I love the amenadies such as the pool area, the storage, car port and garage. Inside the apartment I love the floors and granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom.

We have been very happy here at Stonebrook. From the day we moved in unril now, id we have needed anything, it was handled immediately! Dasia, Francesca, Suzie, LaToya and all of the maintenance staff have been so helpful and accommodating. We moved in ti a newly remodeled, clean, very nice apartment and we have been so happy. Everything is new and everything works! We needed a few little rhi gs done and Dasia saw ro it that it was immediately handled. This is a great place to live!! And its quiet, too!
Y’all do not won’t to live at stone brook apartments!!! The first day they gave me my keys, their was multiple dead roaches EVERYWHERE! Their were LIVE roaches crawling on the kitchen counter and in the cabinets! Their wasn’t just one type of Roach, it was DIFFERENT types of roaches! In 24hrs, I seen about 20 or more roaches DEAD AND ALIVE! Don’t waste y’all time on these apartments! Definitely not worth the price!
This is a perfect building if you want a quick walk to metro, great restaurants great for walks / or bicycles riding great place for kids to grow. Wonderful school districts.
Rollingbrook apartments have recently been sold to a new company. The changes for the good have been amazing. All the apartments are being renovated to upscale living without the upscale price tag. Maintenance is here immediately if notified during working hours. Next day repair happens if past office hours. The grounds are always well maintained, safety is number one for all residents at all times. Staff are very pleasant to work with. So we moved here.
Stonebrook is a wonderful place to live. Renovations of all apartments is like living in posh surroundings without the price tag. Centrally located to all kinds of shopping and dinning. Staff are a dream to work with. Any concern is address immediately or next business day if after hours. Quiet and clean, I love living here.
They have a very friendly new staff, and wonderful new Property Manager. My family and I have lived in these apartments for the past two years. Stonebrook apartments are the best apartments in Baytown, TX. Sadly we are moving to Katy, TX now, but I would like to say that the new property manager and her team are the best I have ever seen. They are constantly professional and detail in their duties. Any time we need anything they have responded immediately. The only reason we are moving is because my job is re-locating us. We recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in a quiet community that you can always feel safe. I wish we could take these apartments with us. Overpriced. Trashy tenants. Rude office staff. No maintenance. Amenities are far from what is advertised. Absolutely horrible environment to live in. Not worthy of whole star.
