Central Ann Arbor is an Ann Arbor neighborhood a step east of Detroit. The University of Michigan is right outside of Central Ann Arbor and shapes the neighborhood. The University of Michigan’s research hospital and surrounding medical complex makes up the northern section of Central Ann Arbor, while the University of Michigan’s Nichols Arboretum is situated to the west of the hospital. Toured here recently and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The view from the penthouse is amazing and you can see the Big House! It's super close to all my classes at Ross too, so I'm very excited to live here next year!

Arbor Blu is PHENOMENAL! This place is super close to classes, restaurants, the bars, etc. Everything is nice and clean. Staff are super nice and friendly. They like to hand out merch (books, pens, bags, cups, water bottles) in the lobby.

Very nice apartments, very clean, maintenance is very quick to issues, staff is friendly and helpful, there is security so we always feel safe and they leave snacks and merch out for us to grab. The gym and study room is very convenient and the study room has a coffee machine and a printer. The location is great. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. I’m so happy to live here! 11/10 experience

I love arbor blu It’s the best apartment building in Ann Arbor and is at such a convenient location. The best location and views in Ann Arbor. I always feel safe and comfortable in and around the building. Maintenance is always dealt with quickly. My only issue was been with a few unhelpful staff members. In the beginning of this year there was some issues with packages being left by the elevator rather than by your door and I struggled getting resources about a difficult roommate, but otherwise I have greatly enjoyed my experience. -Elizabeth H.

If you want to live in a place that have people constantly stole your packages and groceries deliveries then this is the right place for you! and mangers will give you no help to avoid their responsibility on pretty much bad everything that happened here.

Living in Arbor Blu has been amazing. When moving in, we had some issues that needed to be attended to or fixed, but Arbor Blu quickly responded and fixed all our issues and more. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues we have are fixed extremely quickly. The location is also amazing, and having access to such a beautiful roof is great when the weather's nice.

I love living in Arbor Blu! It is the perfect apartment building for college students. The amenities are extremely nice and clean and the stuff are really helpful and nice as well. My favorite part is the roof on a nice day is amazing! The location is perfect too. It is surrounded by great restaurants and is a quick walk to the Diag and State Street. My entire experience living at Sterling Arbor BLU has been amazing! The move-in process was the best I've had; they even hired professional movers. The leasing office is so kind, always attentive to any concerns, and even holds events for residents (such as providing breakfast bags, energy drinks, pizza, and Starbuck's iced coffee). The building has a beautiful rooftop lounge with an amazing view of campus - including the Big House! Adding to that, Arbor Blu is in an ideal spot on campus. There are so many restaurants nearby and it's right in the heart of campus.
