Transit Village combines apartment living with high-end venues and outdoor recreational activities. Gourmet food favorites Whole Foods and Trader Joe's give foodies plenty to smile about, and lovers of locally-sourced, organic food rave about Naked Lunch, where everything is made fresh on site.
On weekends, climbing enthusiasts visit the Boulder Rock Club and the Spot, while parkour lovers practice their sport at Apex Movement. Less strenuous outlets for enjoyment exist, such as the horseshoe courts at the East Mapleton ball fields or the movie viewing rooms at the Century Theatre. Those artistically inclined can find local artist studios at Art Work Space, where visitors can purchase wares and take art classes.

Great CREW Fantastic Management, Friendly/Courteous/Efficient Maintenance, and amazing amenities. I love the free yoga on Tuesdays! Great communication by the whole team and they often will go out of their way. Help me with my packages a lot and walk them over if they show up at the wrong building. Super helpful if I have issues, etc. Thank you all for what you do! You make it a great place to live.

If you are new to the area or you have checked the building only during the weekend, I highly recommend checking out the area during workdays before signing anything with them. Or if you are moving from out of state, please stay in a hotel in the area for a few days so you don't get fooled by their online reviews or the leasing agent lies. Google Maps images clearly showed the surrounding area is under construction but I trusted the leasing and managing agents as well as their online reviews (which later I realized some of them have clear conflicts of interest). As soon as I saw the area, I discussed the issue with the building manager and kindly asked her to withdraw the application. However, her response to my very shock was that I need to pay 2 rent even if I do not move in! I am still surprised by how unprofessional and uncompassionate their approach was in treating a new customer. I fully regret signing a lease here. Sadly, the whole situation colored even my experience of living in boulder, something that I was very excited about. Note my comments have nothing to do with the amenities in the building. I do not care about the amenities when I have to deal with construction noises around the building 5 days a week 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and that I can't even peacefully bring my dog for a walk around the building.

AVOID at all costs!! This building is surrounded by construction on 3 sides and located by a freight train! We spoke with a leasing agent named Kenna and told her we were relocating from out of state. We made clear that we would be working remotely and that a peaceful environment was essential. Fast forward to the day before move-in and we drive by the area to find construction EVERYWHERE! We had already signed the 6-month contract so the apartment manager Abbie said even if we don't move in we are required to pay 2 months' rent! That's thousands of dollars! We felt at a loss so we moved in. Well since moving in, there's been ongoing construction all around the building, inside the courtyard, the air doesn't circulate in the apartment, people are loudly walking on the roof, there are large cracks in the walls, the bathroom vent doesn't work, and today on a 97-degree day the elevator was broken! Save yourself the heartache and money and GO ELSEWHERE! These people are lying cheats. Don't be fooled by the "amenities". We don't know how they sleep at night.
