Located in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Lake Cliff is one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. Oak Cliff’s rich history dates to the early 1900s, which is still evident in the eclectic historical architecture found throughout the region. During the early 1900s, the neighborhood was a cultural hub and home to the state’s largest amusement park, housing dance pavilions, theaters, carnivals, a pool, and a bathhouse. Lake Cliff has undergone a revival in recent years and continues to grow. I Do NOT RECOMMEND!!
I do not recommend living here at all !! Lack of communication with residents!! Always having trash everywhere by the garbage area. Cockroaches in apartments and when you ask for something to get fix they come fix it within month!! Always Changing new managers and one says one thing then the other something else!! To help y’all out just look somewhere else !

Poor ownership
Very dangerous.Electrical problems inside&out.We dont have a laundry room anymore due to theft because of traffic coming from the alley.Not enough light throughout the night
