We always appreciate the Greystar SOVA management team. Once in a while we get a bummer team member, but for the most part, the quality of the SOVA team is above expectations. I repeatedly hear rental management company complaints about Greystar on sources like Reddit r/denver but my 5 year experience here at SOVA has not reflected the general complaints I hear on social media. Sova is falling apart. Roof leaks, holes in the walls that take forever to fix. Steamer never has worked in all the years I have been there. They switch staff all the time so its hard to build a relationship. The hot tub has not been working for months if not years. Since Greystar took over the building has went way down hill.

SOVA is a beautiful building with fantastic amenities. I truly appreciate the staff for maintaining the building so well. If they offered rent control, I would definitely consider staying here for an extended period.

I was lucky enough to view the property with Jillian, who is a great ambassador for the business. SOVA’s location is the very best, just steps to great dining and outdoor cafes. The amenities are a dream. The ambiance is classy, and you can see how much thought has gone into every detail of this property. The apartments themselves (and the building as a whole) are built with high-quality materials and designed beautifully - high ceilings, upscale appliances, marble, large windows, beautiful flooring, etc. Everything you see and touch looks and feels high-end. The building is kept in great condition. We ended up signing a lease and have been here for just over a month. The staff as a whole have consistently been professional, friendly and helpful - always going above and beyond to provide a great service experience! Big shoutout to Jillian for making our move-in and resident experience so wonderful. I can't say enough great things about living at SOVA. We feel so blessed to call this place home. I encourage everyone to consider this beautiful property if you’re truly looking for a “luxury” living experience in downtown Denver!

SOVA is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at in Denver. It's the third time I've moved and the first time I'll be re-signing my lease! The staff are fantastic, amenities are always clean, and I've had minimal apartment issues since moving in. I would highly recommend living at SOVA to anyone.

Its hard to justify living in this building for the price. I have lived here for almost a year and it has only gotten worse since I moved in. Rent has never been easy to pay because they will charge us for December's utilities in March along with January's utilities and maybe February's too, all at once months after we should have paid them as they come. They advertise they have a steam room but it hasn't worked for a full consecutive week since I moved in; I don't get why they still advertise they have one. The other week someone snuck into our building who doesn't live here and attacked a resident, but management won't tell us exactly what happened even though it directly affects us as residents. Kenneth is the only staff member who knows how to run this building. One time I called the front desk and asked a simple question and the response I got was "I don't know, ask someone else". The one entrance everyone would like to use is always broke. Good building with great potential but over priced.

SOVA is a such a nice community. Alyssa was a rock star helping us move here from Hawaii and has always remained friendly since. The maintenance crew has helped us with some crazy requests as a result of having a baby kitten. The complex itself is so nice and clean and the amenities offered are awesome. Theyve also done a great job abiding by COVID restrictions, but not closing everything completely!

We have been living in Sova for less than a month but our experience has been excellent so far. Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in. The common areas are always kept clean. The leasing office staff has been very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Sova is a pretty building in a good location. The immediate blocks are nice to stroll through with neat, clean streets. It's far enough from Colfax and 16th st mall to feel "safe" but close enough for convenience. The staff is top notch here and are a major part of why I choose to stay (in many building reviews, I have read that is not often the case). The style choices are nice in terms of design in the building as well as in the individual units. There are a good variety of layouts with good square footage and usable space so no awkward layouts that I have noticed except there is only one closet and it's in the bedroom in the 1E layout. People seem to be happy barring some that own cars or choose to do storage who complain about security issues. The windows provide good noise insulation from the outside even in low units but the level of noise insulation within the building is not what one would expect with concrete insulation. It's Denver, so people smoke and not every neighbor is kind enough to open their windows to keep the smell out of the hallway and other apartments.

Great location, excellent amenities professionally managed by a very capable and friendly team. I love the decor and finishes in my unit. The ping pong table and the lounges are a huge plus.

I've been at the SOVA for only a few months, but I must say that the apartment complex is beautiful, well kept and located in a prime neighborhood. Another standout quality is the professionalism of the on-site SOVA staff; from moving in to maintenance requests, they've been excellent.

I just moved in to what is now my first apartment and I must say the service and maintenance crew are SUPERB. Mallory (leasing agent) was awesome and super helpful, she answered any question I had and was there to answer every phone call. I had one small issue about my water heater however, Jesus (The maintenance guy who came) explained the situation thoroughly to me and even made sure everything was taken care of that I had asked. The apartment complex itself is very clean, secure and above all else VERY friendly. I love where I live and would absolutely recommend it!

A fantastic, modern and cozy apartment complex in the heart of Denver with the sweetest community managers and residents. Grateful to have landed here as my first living experience in Denver. Excited to live here! The building is brand new and has great amenities (especially the gym, common spaces and rooftop spaces)! The staff is responsive and super helpful. It seems there are a number of social events to build community and we can't wait to attend and meet our neighbors. Would highly recommend!

I've had an incredible experience at SOVA from the moment I scheduled my tour. Sara and the leasing staff were responsive and friendly, and answered all of my questions. I immediately fell in love with the location, the outstanding amenities, and how new and clean everything was. Sara was flexible with me as I looked at multiple units, and even allowed me to come back the same day to take a second look! Applying and signing the lease was a breeze, and move-in couldn't have been simpler. It's been a week and me and my dog love our new home! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to ditch their car on the weekends and enjoy the amenities and fabulous neighborhood.

SOVA has been excellent since day one of viewing apartments! Move in was easy and so far our apartment has been lovely with minor issues that are easily fixed with staff that has been more than willing to help.
