I love it her. Wish there were more bedrooms. But I do like it here because it's quiet and people mind there own business. And the landlord is a sweetheart.
The community is beautiful and our property manager Melissa is amazing! Very kind and friendly, she made us feel right at home! If you are looking for a home, this is THE place!
Safe place to live for the most part, good neighbors and new maintenance team is much better and gets most jobs for me done at a reasonable pace and time
I find Soto Apartments very nice because management are very accommodating and location is very convenient to all needs like groceries, mall, downtown the beach and others.
This is a great place to live and the staff are very friendly! I love everything about my home.The community gets along well! And they price is reasonable
Overall good experience. Property manager is very officiant and on top of things. Rent is a little high but apartment is clean on the outside
Apartments are pretty clean, pool is very relaxing and quiet. Very peaceful area, neighbors stay to themselves. On site laundry mat with a code entry to have access. Property Manager is very quick to get things fixed and updated if needed, he’s also very respectful and on top of things.
