Had some delays with maintenance, but otherwise I love it here! The lake is always a nice scene when I’m coming home from work, just instant calm. It’s always quiet here, yet everyone also lives Life! I see family barbecues, and study sessions all from my back windows! I love seeing community in peace.

Wish there were elevators, but otherwise great! It's not loud. Parking is ample, but sadly you have to park far away at night. Easy access to mail, pool, and fitness rooms.

This is a beautiful place to live!
The staff is kind, efficient and take my concerns seriously. Especially Robert. He’s been a help to me and extremely kind. I moved from a different state and this was #1 on my list. I’m glad that my top choice treats me like thier #1 tenant! I’ve signed 2 leases so far. It’s the best thing that I’ve ever done.

Noisy and Nasty
They built 32 air conditioning units on top of my apartment 1309. As a result it is extremely noisy. I asked for them to discount my rent in half and they said it was up to code and gave me $50 off. The summer months it sounds like a helicopter hovering over me and at night it's like a freight train. The pool is extremely loud. You will hear every kid, every baby non stop from sun up to sun down. The garbage, the dog urine, the marijuana smells. It's horrible.

We love living at the Soneto apartments during this season of life. I feel like I am staying at a high-end fancy hotel. The only thing that I don't appreciate is that when the lovely people above us dump their soapy mop water off their balcony it splatters all over our balcony.
