I just moved in here, the assistance here is top notch. The manager is very friendly and good maintenance culture. I love to live in this apartment.
When I sign my lease. They promised me a remode apartment apartment ( stainless steel appliances and microwave included)rent was a little more but I okay. Now that I report the the microwave not working they just took that away. I called for explanation and manager said it's been removed so I will not complain about it again. Followed by "well i work here now".What a quick solution and explanation. I report the dishwasher she said " well it's fix" this thing is leaking water everywhere and it sticks. At this point I can't make any reports I not sure if they would really fix anything anymore. I can't ask any questions because both office staff hang up , and will not let me speak to anyone else.
I just renewed my lease, I absolutely love living here! What makes it great is the safety, calm community, the quick maintenance service provided, and the best management I have met, always greeting you with a smile, very friendly and they make me feel like part of the family, they always provide great solutions for any questions or concerns. Also I love the easy access to the freeway and several stores are nearby. I absolutely recommend living here if you have children, the school bus picks up at the apartment complex.
The place is clean and bright, friendly neighbor. The asian manager she is nice and answer all of my questions. I wish I known this place sooner, so I don't have to run around looking.
Been here since they have open the property and i must say. Mr. Ag has been awesome the unit is perfect smoke free environment... Haven't had no issues with my unit everything's coming along great so far...
From start to finish AG and his staff made it worth the wait. Despite the construction going on around these new apartments, the apartments are amazing.
Leasing office sucks makes you drive there just to tell you that you don’t qualify for the rooms left. The phone is never answered they’re short staffed.
I have been calling all week to see availability and no one answer the phone. My sister stopped by to get information and they were very rude, all they told her is we don't have anything available for the next 3 months. They did not even provide a brochure or asked her to call back for availability. That behavior is unacceptable. I am glad we are not moving in there. You guys really need to answer the phone and save us a bad experience by visiting you.
