I’ve lived here for over 6 years. But new management took over in 2019. This Management doesn’t care about residents and considering the price of our rent it’s appalling. Also with restrictions still in place on amenities from Covid - why am I still paying amenity fees? I have extremely loud upstairs neighbors who I have contacted the office about several times. No response. Nothing done. Also with in the past 6 months the apartment building has gotten very dirty. Trash strewn around in trash room, stains on hallway carpets, urine smell in hallways. Very disgusting but difficult and expensive to move during Covid

This place is in walking distance to anything you need food, bars or even a train to the city! Iris and Michelle in leasing office are a god send with all they do and how much they help out!

Unfortunately, even I confirmed everything about the specials and prices, the leasing office changed up so much when I actually got to visit the site. I called in on Friday afternoon and they said things have changed on Friday night. What an irresponsible business. They just trick people to come in with the special and will change their words by saying sorry. Don't waste your time.

Great apartment, so easy to take the train, walk around Morristown, lots of great restaurants. Loved the laundry in the apartment and the exercise room downstairs.

I would strongly recommend management and maintenance area always have a fast service and solve the issues. Besides the amenities have been updated and the building is quite convenient located near restaurants and the train station.
I don't think most of my friends would want to live in such an expensive apartment.
the location and amenities are great. Apartments are in very good shape and it has the right space. I like the design and the maintenance is giving in terms of landscape. I feel safe.

Great community to live in with all the amenities one could need! The only downfalls of this community is that the windows are not well insulated in the bedrooms, so it gets very noisy at night time, especially since our rooms face the parking lot/ street. Also, this communities is more outdated than many of the communities in Morristown. For instance, the kitchen cabinets could definitely use an update. I also wish the gym had more up to date machines. Something like a Peleton would be a great addition!

Would definitely recommend the office staff, location, and price point. However, the building is definitely dated compared to others in the area and the construction that is going to be happening next store will definitely be an inconvenience.
Cons: It's fairly expensive. Hallways could use a little updating. Pros: great location, washer/dryer in unit, gym in building, garage parking on my level
I'd recommend it if they commute by train and money is not a problem. This apartment is somewhat expensive.
Pet friendly, great location, close to public transportation, very clean community. Although we did not see our apartment prior to moving in we were pleasantly surprised upon move-in day.
