Property Ratings at SoBo Station
What a terrible property management company and on-site staff. Inept would be too kind of a description. Leaks in the gym, building is dirty and it seems cleaning staff hours have been reduced. Parking gates are always broken and property is constantly surrounded by vagrants who have the ability to get into the garage. The sprinkler & fire alarm system has been broken for months, going off at all hours of the night randomly. Be wary of hidden fees upon move in/out within the lease agreement.

Hi Justin, We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience. Our team is committed to maintaining a high standard of living for our residents, and we take your concerns seriously. While some challenges, such as leaks and fire alarms triggered by broken pipes, can be an unfortunate reality of mid-rise living, we address issues as quickly as possible. We also work hard to maintain cleanliness and keep up with building maintenance. Living in a downtown mid-rise does come with certain challenges, including garage gates occasionally being damaged by drivers in a rush. However, we take action every time an issue arises and have consistently communicated updates to residents when repairs are needed. Most recently, damage to the garage was caused by juveniles from the property across from us, and we have filed charges. Our cameras documented the incident, allowing us to take appropriate steps. Additionally, our team monitors the property regularly to address concerns as they come up. We’d love the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Olivia at Alta Sobo is amazing! She helped us find the perfect apartment and is endlessly knowledgable and accommodating! We toured the complex, had to leave to tour other places, and ended up coming back the same day because Olivia ensured that the door is always open. We fell in love with the amenities and floor plans. Alta SoBo has everything we were looking for! We’re so excited to call this place our future home, in part because the staff are so nice and because the community is so friendly and welcoming. Thanks all! Update October 2020: We’ve lived here for 4 months now and absolutely love it! The community is wonderful and so dog friendly! We love the location and the staff are so accommodating :) Love this place!
I will be moving into my unit 11/1/2019 and can't wait beautiful building and awesome staff. It has everything I was looking for and more. Believe me you won't be disappointed.
