Property Ratings at Silver Oaks Villas
We had an amazing stay! You can really tell how much love and care was put into the property, everything felt fresh, beautifully decorated, and just perfect. It had clearly been recently painted and every detail was thoughtfully designed. We felt so comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Highly recommend!

This property is under new management . Property has new amenities and great residents. Its a +55 plus but they have some 50+ . Super quiet
$500+ cheaper than the next 55+ apartment in town (Larkspur). This is a quiet community with down to earth residents and good management, with nice activities put together. It feels like home and couldn't be happier. And I'm saving so much $$ compared to my last place!
