AMAZING MOVE IN PROCESS I have had the pleasure to move into Shoreline at the Lakes, Yadira and the maintenance team have made it such a smooth process. Maintenance was on top with any little details I needed fixed in the unit and were there 15 minutes after i submitted the request. They did an amazing job at fixing as well as being fast! Dryer repair Dryer was not working. Sent maintenance request and technician was here 1st thing in the morning. Repair was made and dryer was working about one hour after they started. Excellent on all. Thanks again..

Never got done After preparing guest shower for resurfacing, I was told they were overbooked & had to reschedule.

Great Staff Have been renting at shoreline now for two years. As of 9/2024 they have the best leasing office and maintenance crew I have ever dealt with. The current maintenance supervisor treats us with respect and goes above and beyond every time I have something I need fixed. Great apartment complex!

OVERVIEW - I resided from Sept 2020 to Sept 2022, upon move out security deposit was taken for repainting entire apartment due to a few dark spots I couldn't wash off on a few walls - If you are patient, care most about your place & location, not picky, typically don’t need management, don’t care about amenities, etc. this is a good place and I'd recommend :) ---- To be fair: I came in the middle of Covid & their renovations (thought that was a good thing). Overall liked this temporary home) POSITIVE - Fast maintenance - Pretty - Good location - Lake behind - Nice staff as people - Location: food, shopping, work, “middle” of Maricopa County, hiking, activities, “middle” of far away cities, gym, nails, banks, grocery, car maintenance, park, nice area between downtown Tempe & Chandler - Not strict - Nearly sound proof on connected wall NEGATIVE - Was no pool while I resided - Took forever to get a storage light (didn't work upon move in) - Took forever to get a carport light (didn't work upon move in) - Took forever to get a front door light (didn't work upon move in) - Left new item stickers on things upon move in, I had to goo gone & scrap off - When I moved in I had to request the back porch light - Prior management was not on top of it, slow, set unrealistic expectations, don’t reply, out of office, one staff. Current seems quicker - Construction/reno team is very slow & messy - Random water shut off’s a lot - Old building, new reno is nice but a tad sloppy in the details - Storage closets are in the carport, neighbors may ask you to move vehicle to get into - Complicated address & changed names while I resided - On main road, siren at least once a day - Baby ants, twice a year – kitchen & bathroom, easy bug spray fix - New dishwasher broke a year later, took a week for someone to get the product#, then a few weeks to receive/fix the problem

I have never lived in one place or area for such a long time and have been so completely happy and satisfied. I've been here since 2016 until now and if anyone weather it's family or friends ask me about the apartments, I so always recommend here. From my neighbors to the neighborhood and community it's the best.
Loved the community before. Without improvement on amenities or overall completion on apartments I'd say the rent is WAY HIGH. However, there is definitely potential to make this property recommendable to friends and family. Realize location only goes so far.

Peaceful, quiet, great place to raise children, is part of The Lake Community. Close to schools and shopping centers. Great transportation options near by. I have lived here for 8 years and have no regrets for moving here. Cheap rent for a good home. Fun and big pool. Bedrooms are pretty spacey. Medium closet size. Master bedroom is beautifully big. As well as the bathrooms are decent in size. Overall a fantastic place for the cheap price. Love the area and surroundings. Grocery store right across the street. I recommend it. Only bad side to it is the exterior. It looks sort of old. But don't let that fool you, inside is impressively cozy and cute. It's a home sweet home. Also pest control! No bugs in thee!
A great place to throw your hook it n the water Affordable rent and spacious apartments a quiet area you'll be glad you decided to fish for this apartment!
