I was welcomed by Brenda, the community manager, at Seville Uptown, and she instantly made me feel at home. The tour itself was great, but she was also kind and welcoming herself. I've lived here for over a year and enjoy the small and peaceful space. I love the big windows in the living room and bedroom, and the amenities are used quite frequently, including the pool, gym, and lobby area when I work from home.

I've been a resident at Seville Uptown for four years and really don't have any complaints (other than being in the flight path of Love Field, but what can you do)... I will say, I get nervous every summer when my lease comes up for renewal, there was one year that the rent was increased dramatically but since then, while it has gone up, nothing dramatic. By and large, the residents are friendly, the property stays well maintained, and issues within the apartment involving maintenance are handled quickly.

Seville uptown is amazing! I would recommend any one looking for an apartment in a location where you’re close to many things (downtown, main freeways, etc). The management and maintenance staff here are great and always tend to your requests and truly care about all residents here. My favorite part of this complex is the pool, it’s so beautiful and such a vibe in the summertime.

The staff have been very helpful. Had some maintenance issues resolved right away and the move went very well. Have no issues with the community and the local hangout and eateries are easy to get to. The biggest issue and not the apartment issue is the amount of construction that is constantly all around.

I enjoy being a resident of Seville Uptown. I have good neighbors. The communities area is clean and convenient. The pool area is great during the summer! There are many community events. The management staff is friendly. And the location is excellent, I have everything I need within walking distance!

Having lived here for eight years now, I can honestly say Seville Uptown is in better shape now than ever. The management team is responsive, helpful and professional. Madi and his maintenance team are top notch. The grounds are maintained very well. While it may seem minor, the fact that outdoor lights are replaced quickly when needed means a lot. It's the little things that make the difference!

The Seville has some beautiful apartments with amazing windows. I live in one of the “classic ” apartments, and even though it’s not updated with the most shiny appliances and what not, the size of the windows and natural light make up for it. The staff does an awesome job of keeping common areas meticulously clean. Overall I’m very pleased to be living at Seville.

I really love living at Seville but unfortunately the property is looking extremely run down. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, random stains, animal urine, and it has been a year since I toured and was ensured this would be changed. The cleaning staff rarely addresses any floor other than the first floor or any stairwells not by the main entrance. The gym is out of date, poor quality equipment, and often unclean. Lastly, the outside landscape is looking untouched and needs a refresh after the winter. It really is a shame because the maintenance staff and Josh are so great.

I love my apartment and the location. However over time the carpet in the hallways has become dirtier and sometimes the hallways stink. Maintenance requests takes ages to be resolved.

We absolutely love the location and the apartment, everything is well maintained, neighbors are friendly and pretty safe community. Seville uptown staff is extremely helpful and nice! The new management has been helpful during move in and they are making lots of changes to the apartment for the better! Maintenance has been quick to come and fix anything! Our newly renovated apartment is wonderful and feels “homey”.

My apartment has been uninhabitable since the Winter Storm in December, 2022. It is now late February and repairs still have not been completed. I have had to find alternative housing in the meantime. Management has not followed through with their promises to work with my insurance and provide plans/agendas for repairs. My claims agent has notified me that Seville's management team has not responded to her calls/voicemails. I have also not been provided with any kinds of work schedules, agendas, or progress updates. Meanwhile, I have had to pay for rent for the uninhabitable unit and rent for temporary housing (which is more problematic than it should be due to management's handling of (a) cooperating with my insurance, and (b) providing timing estimates and status updates on repairs.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The doors have been broken since the summer and don’t lock. Random men from the gas station down the street walk around the apartment since there’s nothing preventing them from entering. Packages stolen on a regular basis again due to the doors not being fixed and cars being broken into is a common occurrence. Maintence requests take days to fulfill even when it’s an emergency such as the heat not working or the air condition not turning on. Excited for my lease to be over.

Big props to Kody! He is exceptional. I was considering moving before the management changed, however there was an immediate improvement in everything once the new team came on. Kody and the rest of the team have been nothing but pleasant and helpful.

Seville could be a top notch apartment if they had security cameras in the mailroom and garage, as well as armed security in the garage. It has been almost a daily occurrence of delivered packages being stolen or vehicles broken into. It happens so often, it literally is a running joke amongst the residents living here.

Ever since the new management took over Seville, they've totally changed it around. Haven't had a management team that cares as much as they do. They also recently just redid our pool which looks amazing. Excited for all the things to come under this new team. Wasn't sure if I was gonna renew my lease, but I'm 100% I will be now.

I lived her for several years and regretted re-signing my lease. I finally moved out and, of course, was charged retaliatory fees such as replacement of sheet rock from hanging picture in the wall. I paid it and moved on. But, felt it important to at least write a review. The larger issue is if you choose to live here be prepared for the key fobs to never work and you will get stuck in the garage. Frequently residents will bash in the door (I assume out of frustration because the fobs never worked). Management does nothing about the issue. Also be prepared for major attitude by all management and leasing staff. It's really sad. CREA is pretty terrible and it shows. The location is good, but there are plenty of other places to consider.
