Segovia
There is actually one unit available and i know as i had to break my lease and move out of state. It is a 1 bedroom 1bath and absolutely adorable, it is the bottom floor unit and in the picture there the windows on the left which are floor to ceiling and open to a mock balcony are gorgeous. The windows sold me in that huge front room with hard wood floors, updated kitchen and the HUGE closet which could almost be another bedroom! Cheesman park is your backyard and it is such a quiet corner of heaven there, i really did not want to leave and really miss Denver and that neighborhood but work calls and i had to follow. Beautiful building with respectful neighbors, very quiet, you"ll love it. Spend the extra 100 or so and live here, you"ll love it!
