We have been here for about 9 months and not a single complaint. Staff excellent! We have had a few requests for maintenance and all issues resolved in less than here24 hours and twice within 15 minutes . Friendly neighbors , plenty off parking Love it

Sea crest is a beautiful spot to call home ! The onsite management is awesome, Tori is super organized , maintenace is on it , and takes care of any issues asap. Everyone within the offices is kind and efficient, This has been the easiest move in I've ever experienced , so thank you. I would highly recommend living at Seacrest if you are looking for a peaceful , easy going and dog freindly place to reside - plus our views are just beautiful to wake up too!

Seacrest is our forever home. Our little apartment serves us well, and the staff are beyond wonderful!! The grounds are beautiful, and we walk them several times a day with our dog. The dog park is a real asset, and we use that for doggy playdates with other dogs in the community. The residents are well screened and very respectful of each other. The community is quiet and safe, and we love living here. We've been here for over 6 years, and pray this is our forever home.

The property is perched up on the rolling hill of rancho San clemente. It has great views. The amenities look great as we explore more of the property im sure we will find more exciting things on property.

Great location, the main pool, and the lounge are nice, floorplans are nice. Rust in the apartments, washer machine is moldy and damaging clothes, can't use it and forced to wash elsewhere.

The initial move in process was extremely easy, the management makes it so smooth especially when you've never rented your own apartment before. Any questions or concerns are addressed within a couple of hours and they send maintenance out as soon as they can. The maintenance staff is super kind, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they're doing. The complex is beautiful as well as the pool and gym and the management staff work diligently to maintain it. The complex is also extremely pet friendly, while still enforcing leash laws and there is a small dog park which is a big bonus. The best part is the plethora of bunnies that live in the complex, which are absolutely adorable

My apartment is comfortable, with a great view. The complex is well managed, with a great maintenance crew. There are great amenities and lots of parking.
