Sapphire Bay has been my home for 3 years and I’ll be signing a new lease in 2026. My apartment is spacious, with laminate flooring, granite countertops, state of the art appliances and much more. My experience has been wonderful. General Manager, Office Staff and Maintenance Staff are all exceptional.

Lovely staff and great neighbors! The apartments are quiet, clean and friendly. They have carports, garages and mini storage units you can rent, a dog park with a mini pool for your pooch and an open courtyard with a bbq pit area!

I am very happy with my decision to live at Sapphire Bay. The entire process from the property tour through leasing to move in went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and appliances in very good condition on move in, and the property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend Sapphire Bay if you’re looking to live in the Baytown area.

Been here a around 5 months now and have enjoyed the apartment so far, I’m not much for the amenities so I can’t really speak on that but the apartment itself is great no major issues and no complaints so far

The apartment complex is nice and well taken care of! I’ve been here for about 7 months now and so far the only complaint I have is about parking. Unless you have a garage or carport spot, after 6pm it’s hard to find parking close to your unit.

I moved here after selling my house and not living in an apartment for about 15 years. To say I was a little worried would be an understatement. But, much to my surprise, it's been the best decision for me! The staff is excellent, maintenance is quick, noise is minimal, neighbors are great and the pool is amazing!

The pool is beautiful and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The mail & package systems are a bit inconvenient but mostly effective. I do find a beetle or roach or silverfish inside most days.
