Sharpstown is a diverse urban neighborhood located about 12 miles southwest of Downtown Houston. As one of the first communities in Houston, this historic neighborhood features affordable post-World War II bungalows, modern houses, and chic apartments available for rent. la verdad aquí es un complejo bonito , lastimosamente el mantenimiento no sirve y el servicio de oficina tampoco aparte hay muchas ratas y no le dan prioridad mandan a fumigar para según cucarachas cuando uno pide para ratas. está apestado de ratones y ellos no hacen nada

This complex is ver economical and the ladies in off are very nice and helpful. It's quiet and cozy.
Within the first year living right across the street (at far worse looking apartments) i witnessed 3 murders within one building AND my ex and her best friend were robbed at knife and gunpoint there that same year as well. My apartments across the street look far worse without a doubt and are very much like slums in a third world country but i haven't witnessed any murders or assaults and robberies here. They look nice and pretty on the outside but who they let in those apartments is ridiculous. I may have horrible rental history due to roommates moving out causing me to break the lease but at least I'm not a murderer or thief like the people they allow to live in their simply based on rental history.
Been living in this property for 1 year and a half, I was so ready to move out after the first year but they change management and i decided to renew for 6 months to give them a chance, I can say that am happy in this property now, they are doing a lot of good changes and I'm about to renew for 1 more year. I would definitely recommend santa clara apartments guys!
