Money suckers. Stay out of this place if you are not working for an oil company and you will have to pay your rent. The apartment was given to us in a very dirty condition when we moved in.Its a 3 bedroom apartment and the a/c was not good. The maintenance guy closed all the a/c vents except the master bedroom so that we can get good air flow. It was terrible.Also when we gave a 60 day notice to vacate the apartment i asked for a walkthrough with me but they did not do until we moved out and we had unnecessary charges on our move out bill.After showing the pictures we took during our move in they waived off some of the charges. Make sure to take pictures and fill the inventory form with all the details.Even if you do so they will find out a way to charge you. In my case they charged me for the carpet cleaning( the carpet was clean without any stains or damage) because I didn’t mention anything about the carpet in the inventory form. See they will find a loop hole and charge you.Most of the residents are people who work for the oil companies and the company takes care of the rent and other charges. Bottom line - Stay out of this place if you or your family member doesn’t work for the oil company.
You know the place has to be good if you move back. Had to move for work. Came back. Great palace, staff, residents, and homes!!

We were in need of a temporary home because of Harvey. We're very comfortable here. Fast response to any maintenance requests.
Excelente servicio, mantenimiento siempre al dia, los apartamentos y la comunidad en general son muy agradables, la instalacion es especial para la familia.
I have been living in San Brisas since April 2017. I love that I can take my kids to the playground and that they are able to enjoy the events they have every month.
We have lived here a little over 5 years and have enjoyed our stay here. We feel safe and the service that we receive from the staff is great. This why we stay.
I love my new home! The office staff was beyond fantastic with the leasing process and I have everything I need here. I having been searching for my next apartment and finally came to SAN BRISAS. This place is amazing. From the variety of amenities to the short commute to work. I am proud to call SAN BRISAS home. MOVE IN TO SAN BRISAS NOW!!!!!!!!
