The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Saddlewood Townhomes
While they are reasonably priced, you get what you pay for. The office staff and maintenance are very slow to take action. You will have to keep calling over and over to get a service performed. There is limited parking, so if you have guests, they will likely have to walk far if they don't catch a visitor spot early. It gets really dark at night and there are not enough lights on the property to keep the community well lit. There's a roach infestation. Several tenants have complained. The floors squeak when you walk around upstairs and so do the stairs. The appliances are outdated.
Reasonable priced 2 bedroom town homes in a small community. Units REALLY need to be renovated at the very least with new appliances. Visitor parking is limited in the summer time due to the residents having to use the visitor spaces because of the tree sap falling on our cars when parked in our assigned spaces. Try cleaning sap off a car .. no fun!
