I like that it's the lowest price in the area, apartments look decent, Bus 71 is right here and the manager is great - she answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I want to move in so I can use the garden spaces!

Pros: summer gardening spaces, playground, attentive managers. Cons: work orders take a while to see service because the place needs more than 1 maintenance worker.
