Woodbridge, VA lies about 35 minutes outside of Washington D.C. and is a part of the Interstate 95 corridor. The area considered I-95 Woodbridge sits conveniently right off I-95 and encompasses a less dense, suburban part of the city that’s separated from the heart of Woodbridge by I-95, making it a breeze to get to the nearest attractions or for your daily work commute. The area surrounds itself with parks and lakes, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The Occoquan River runs through part of Woodbridge providing beautiful waterside scenery. In addition to the state of Virginia bursting with historical nods, Outer Woodbridge proves no different. Woodbridge is next to Historical Occoquan that boasts quaint restaurants and shops. Never be without something interesting to explore during your stay in the outskirts of Woodbridge.

Property Ratings at Rolling Brook Village
We moved here in 2021 and have loved this community from day one. The community is very peaceful and quiet, you feel safe walking throughout the complex. The office staff and the maintenance team are absolutely fantastic. Any maintenance concerns we have had have been taken care of within 24 to 48 hours. The office staff are all phenomenal, if they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does. If you choose to make Rolling Brook Village your home, you will not regret it.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve felt at home at Rolling Brook Village since 2021. It means a lot to us that you’ve found the community peaceful, safe, and well-maintained. Our office and maintenance teams truly appreciate your kind words—they work hard to provide the best service possible, and it's great to know their efforts are making a difference. We're so glad you've chosen to call Rolling Brook Village home, and we look forward to continuing to serve you for years to come! Christine Fuller, Property Manager
They are raising utilities prices, closed clubhouse concierges, charging $.50 an hour for visitors and family parking to make money.
Property Manager at Rolling Brook Village, Responded To This Review
Hi there, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. We can understand your frustration with some of the recent changes being made here at Rolling Brook. I would like to help clarify some of your concerns. The only difference in the utilities is that we are now charging for your actual usage rather than the low flat fee you were used to paying for the past several years. We have not closed the clubhouse at all and will still be offering the same services as before. We are now charging for guest parking, but there are plenty of free spaces located on Rolling Brook Drive where your guest would not have to pay. Should you wish to discuss the changes further please feel free to contact the leasing office at 703.595.2512. Christine Fuller, Property Manager

Dear Resident, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're very sorry to receive this feedback. We take comments such as yours very seriously and ask that you send an email to karima.nasser@Dweckproperties.com with more information. Regards, Karima Nasser, Property Manager
1. Maintenance is significantly below par. It'll take two to three months for your problems to get fixed from when the request gets put in. Lawns get mowed about once a month and doggie bags seemed to get refilled less and less with the dog trash cans almost completely full until emptied. 2. I came home today to an UNLOCKED door after they did routine maintenance to my apartment today. Anyone could've easily had made their way into my apartment. I can no longer go to work when they do maintenance apparently because I can't trust my dog or my belongings to be there when I come home from work. 3. I've heard two accounts so far of rent going up after their lease expires by at least 200 dollars. If you move in, you will just end up moving out after your first lease expires. My lease doesn't expire for another five months and I cannot wait to leave.
The grounds are not kept up and there is still curb damage from the snow plows in January - literally chunks of concrete in parking spaces and in grassy areas where kids play and people walk their pets. Management has lied to us multiple times about repairs and let maintenance into our apartment without any notice or scheduling, which is concerning since we have a dog who would need to be put away. They just walk in and do whatever they want. Everything seems great until they have your first month's rent. Then it feels like they think it's a privilege for you to live there.
Great apartment complex. The apartment was clean and newly renovated when we moved in. Spacious and near to shopping and easy access to the highway. Great community and welcoming employees. The clubhouse is a great spot to spend some time with your neighbors and doing friendly family activities. The pools were always clean and the gym was very useful when working out.
Very spacious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. I have grown to really like my peaceful abode!!!
Rolling Brook apartments is a great place to live. Very affordable and located in a quiet location of Woodbridge, Va. I love the club house because they have great exercise equipment. The staff is extremely courtesy and works hard to ensure all your needs are met. I absolutely love my neighbors and everyone takes care of each other. Probably one of the most affordable and well kept apartment complexes around the area in my opinion.
Great price for what you get and very convenient. Right off highway! :)
The apartment I am in is nice but not very big. The kitchen is full of outdated appliances. However I am very close to the pool and love the balcony that they provide. So far everyone that works in the leasing office has been very amiable, and if there is ever a problem in the apartment they fix it very quickly.
I like my apartment. I wish the staff did a better job at tending to residents' needs.
I live in the newly renovated Willow floorplan. Utilities are included except electricity, which is great for those who wish to save money. The community and surrounding area is beautiful. The Occoquan Park and river is only a few minutes away if you like the outdoors. The only thing negative I could say is that my water pressure is a little low. Other than that I love it!
I recently moved in to Rolling Brook apartments and have had nothing but good experiences since. Even though I live by the main road it's still pretty quiet; I hardly hear any of my neighbors or their dogs, the people who live in this community are friendly but typically keep to themselves and parking is never an issue...there always seems to be multiple open spots; even on the weekend! The community offers two pools and one club house, I have yet to use any of these amenities but they look nice...I just wish the club house was more like other communities where it is open 24/7 as long as you have your key card instead of staffed by individuals that check your "badge" (which is a cheap laminated paper with your name and photo from your DL). The community is located a couple miles off I95 so getting to the highway is a breeze, also it is only a few minutes away from Potomac Mills for all your shopping needs. Bottom line - for the price, you are getting one heck of a bargain - this community is cheaper than some of the others in the area but you don't get all the rift raft here.
I have lived at Rolling Brook for over a year now. These are garden-style apartments with spacious closets, washer and dryer in unit and black appliances. Overall, they are well maintained. My carpet could use replacing but it is clean. They have replaced carpeting in many units and are continuing to do so. I moved here from luxury apartments in Arlington. While the finishes are not top-of the line stainless steel, they are clean, functional and attractive. Rent prices are AMAZING, which makes this overall a good deal. The amenities in the beautiful club house are nice. There are lots of events for the residents with free food and entertainment. The activity director is the best that I've seen even when compared to those at higher-end communities. Commuting to Washington D.C. can be a pain during rush hour but for the price, its a trade off that I am willing to live with.
We purposely moved into a non-renovated apartment for cheaper rent, but I think slightly higher rent would be worth a renovated room. The kitchen was small and the storage was too high for my short stature. Overall, the apartment is great though. You just have to know what your are heading into with a non-renovated apartment. The balcony was great especially since we have a dog that loves to sit in the fresh air. We have thought about moving in closer to to the city for more job, but this great apartment at the right price makes it a tough decision!
Nice apartments love them... Quiet area Beautiful bedroom With laundry :)
I lived at RBV from 1994 to 2002, when I purchased a townhome and got caught up in the 2008 real estate bubble. When I decided to downsize and watch my budget more, the first place I thought of moving back to was RBV. The leasing and club locations have been updated, as has the apartment I'll be moving into in December. So glad to see the place looking so well! Go in and ask for Yolanda - she is the best!
