i love living here so far! the community is great & it’s nice to not have noisy neighbors & being clean overall. the courtyards are beautiful & everything is so nicely renovated. matt was so amazing in helping me move in & find my new home. only complaints is to implement elevators it’s rough trudging up to the top floor hahaha

Love it here! The grounds are beautifully taken care of. The staff is genuinely friendly and they always have events going on for our little community! It definitely feels like home. We recommend this place to everyone we know.

Living here at Riverbend has been the best decision my mom and I have ever made. We really love it here. The staff here is so friendly and efficient, and know how to make you feel at home and welcomed! This is definitely Home!

When my mom and I moved here, it felt so welcoming. The whole team thats working here really makes it feel like home. It's actually the first place that we have lived at that does alot of events for our community to do and get to know one another. We really like it here so much that we are planning to renew our lease.

Speaking on the company, from the leasing office to maintenance has always been professional and outstanding with everything they do. I have been a resident of Riverbend Apartments for approximately eight months. My experience here has been good. The management team is awesome. The maintenance team is awesome and they keep the grounds very pretty and they are dog friendly, which I appreciate it. it’s an older apartment community. They are continually doing upgrades, but I feel that they’re doing pretty good with it for the mostly

I have enjoyed my experience with Riverbend Staff and the neighborhood is a quiet one. Just some bumps at the start that could've been looked through better.

Been living here for almost 2 years and I have to say whenever there is an issue they try their hardest for the tickets not to be open that long. I really appreciate the attentiveness that maintenance has.

Riverbend is a very nice community, it’s big but quiet. Everyone minds their own business and respects their neighbors but also wave hi once in a while. The leasing team has been amazing working with us! The amenities are always clean. There’s a lot of nature all around us! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

All of the staff here are so amazing! They have made me feel welcome from day one and continue to make the apartment a safe and fun place to live! I am beyond thankful to have found this complex!

I have nothing but praise for the management and mantinance staff at Riverbend. Because of physical disabilities I needed a bigger apartment with a washer and dryer. They worked together and now I live on the other side of the complex with a bigger apartment that fits my needs and a beautiful courtyard to look at.

Nice location with solid amenities! If you can find (and afford) a larger apartment, it has pretty much everything you'll need. Not everything is perfect here, but it's a place I can call home!

Nice apartment complex with friendly leasing staff!

I stopped here on my way home from apartment hunting. I’m glad I did because it is so much better than some of the other apartments that I looked at. And really liked the manager. About her that’s just really honest and straightforward. I feel like she will take care of things if I need it. And I feel like she’s comfortable talking to me if there’s anything that she needs also. She works hard and takes her job seriously. It’s made it a good experience so far.

The apartments are lovely and spacious. The view from my patio is perfect. This complex is conveniently located and has everything I could want.

The facilities and amenities at Riverbend are greata good combination of economical and comfortable. Its so nice to be right next to the Jordan Riverthere are a couple parks easily accessible and lots of great trails for walking, running, biking, etc. Weve been disappointed in the staff recently. We had a horrible maintenance experience (an urgent issue which wasnt resolved in a timely manner and which had an incredible lack of communication from the staff). The new woman in the office isnt very professional. The manager communicates terribly and doesnt treat the staff well. All that, with steep increases in the rent. It was a great place to live for several years, but the price is WAY up and quality is WAY down so were probably leaving when our current lease is up.

Been here for 6years everything is on point just love it here

I moved here from New Mexico just over a year ago. Due to covid 19, travel restrictions were in full effect which made it tough just to cross the street. Needless to say, relocating with a pet to a state I've never been to was fraught with difficulties. I took countless virtual tours of apartments all across Salt Lake. None of which really appealed to me. Not just because of the apartments themselves. But because of the lack of help from the leasing agents. Luckily I ran into Landon at the Riverbend Apartments. I explained my situation, my requirements, and that I was pressed for time. Landon patiently walked me through every single step of the moving process. He processed my application in an expedient, concise, and convenient manner. He helped me set up all of my utilities. Answered all of my dumb questions, and even sent me information about the transit system, and local points of interest! Upon my arrival to Riverbend, Landon not only gave me a tour of my apartment unit but of the entire complex. From the first time I contacted him, Landon has been willing to go above and beyond for me and any other resident in the community. Not because he has to, but because he wants to. His sincerity in that regard has been demonstrated countless times during the last year that I've lived here. This is a great place to live. Jeff and the rest of the maintenance crew are fun, friendly, and do a fantastic job. It's a quiet neighborhood, the apartments are insulated, so you don't really hear your neighbors, though the residents here are very friendly. Access to public transit is literally steps away from the front office. There's plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and convenience stores, that are close by. Including a lovely little park that's right down the street. I recommend living here that's why I just renewed my lease.

First apartment I've lived in where I can't here my neighbors through the walls!! I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Riverbend has improved immensely since I first moved in over 6 years ago. They have an amazing, friendly and cheerful staff who go out of their way to make this a nice place to live. The grounds are also well kept and I think they too have really upped their game in making our grounds and courtyard look well manicured. I am very happy with where I live and appreciate all of the hard work the Riverbend Team put into making it nice here. Thank you Riverbend!!!!

I have lived here since Oct 5th, 2007. Longtime resident. I have NO regrets for choosing Riverbend. It has always felt like a clean, safe place to live. I hope to continue.

The Riverbend staff has been amazing the past year and half I would say, I hope they dont change! They are the friendliest and most helpful weve had since living here. I love my apartment and if I had to move for any reason I wish I could take it with me. My neighbors are nice and quiet. Walking around people say hi. Its a just fine place to live.
