Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ridgewood Preserve Apartment Homes
The girls in the office and the maintenance team are always friendly and there to listen. They treat everyone like family.
Tons of bugs. I was lucky and wasn't one of the people with mice or regular roaches but the ants were unbearable and the plants around the laundry room kept getting (luckily not very aggressive) wasps. Regular lies from office staff though at the end the communication was a bit better. They will say one thing in email and tell you to come to the office to resolve your issue, then turn around and say something entirely different. Sometimes outright lies. There was one woman that cared usually but even she'd lie to cover for the apartment. I know they verbally offered some people payment plans during covid then said they never did and evicted them. (Things like this are why you should always get things in writing. I'm lucky I didn't end up with that happening to me but it's worth warning about). Regular water outages unrelated to the storms this year. If you enjoy randomly not being able to take hot showers or showers at all, especially from early spring to summer, these are the apartments for you. "Renovations" are done poorly yet the rent goes up. Things like painting coats of paint over old coats and not doing it right so they remain tacky. If it's humid things literally can stick to the walls. Sometimes the paint will peel and you'll find some nice surprises on the layer under like hairs from the previous tenants or bugs that were just painted over somehow. The maintenance guy I saw the most was pretty cool and really did care though. Apart from that, about the only good thing I can say is there really are worse apartments in the area like the ones down the street, and there wasn't mold. But that's like saying "Hey this spoiled milk doesn't smell as bad as this carton of rotten eggs."

The worst place to live, I've been 3 months, I live on the first floor and there are cockroaches and mice. In the office they only told me that they can change my apartment and I have to pay more rent for something that is not my fault. The pests are horrible they have already sprayed and the problem continues. The news came and everything went on TV if you look for the news you can watch the videos and photos of the rats and cockroaches.
