The building is beautiful, extremely clean and the staff have been amazing so far. The amenities are great. The staff have been extremely responsive and the in unit appliances are great.

I really enjoy living here at Alta Revolution. It definitely feels like it is a community and there are no noise complaints. Neighbors are respectful and kind. Management is great to work with in case of any issues and understanding.

I’ve had a really great time at Revolution these first few moments of the new lease! It is beautiful and the area is incredible. Consierge is very friendly.

Appreciate the friendliness of the staff, and the Fedex pickup service. There's a lot of traffic noise in this area, even when we're facing a small alley, but we understand it's just inevitable. Basically all building events are sponsored by outside vendors and thus turn into propaganda occasions for them. Feels kind of off-putting. Food and drink at resident events are usually low quality and insufficient. Hot tub in the courtyard doesn't seem to be ever open.

Just moved in here this past weekend and am so pleased with the experience thus far. The front desk concierge have been so wonderful & the amenities are great.

Overall, my experience as a resident has been positive. The management team has been responsive to maintenance requests and communicates effectively about building updates or community policies. I’ve appreciated the cleanliness of shared spaces and the sense of safety within the complex.

The noise from Volo Sports across the way is insane. It's difficult to relax and enjoy your space when there is bass bumping through the walls for hours on end.

Great location so far! Really easy access. Garage is really spacious. Game room and pool are a joy to have. The gym is always a great plus! Great stuff

After a long day nothing brightens up your mood like walking through the lobby and having david greet you by name. He is always so kind and truly makes this community feel like home! We absolutely love living here -Samantha

Overall everything is nice, clean and easy to access. Walls are a little thin but have not run into any issues yet. Not a bad place to live.

All of the staff who I have encountered at Revolution in Assembly Row have been fantastic! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful during my move-in process.

The building always underprepares food for the 1200 residents living here. Every time we arrived on time at a social event, half the food was already gone and looks like the portion was only prepared for 30 people. Also, we are never provided with any notices or updates for smaller repair projects that directly impact us. As of right now, there's an industrial fan blowing right outside our door for more than 12 hours. Seems like there was a leak in the roof, but no one told us anything. Also do not understand why the coffee machine was moved from the lounge to the lobby--no one wants to walk in front of the concierge in their PJs to get their morning coffee. And now non-residents can just walk into the lobby and get a free coffee. One good thing I can say is one of the concierge guys (the one who always dresses up) and the maintenance guy (Nate) are very nice.

I recently moved into this apartment; The space is clean, well-maintained, and has a modern design that feels welcoming. The management team has been responsive and helpful with my move-in process. The location is convenient, and the amenities make it even better.

I really enjoy living at Alta Revolution. It feels like such a community and the leasing office does an amazing job by doing this. They’re great host and always makes everyone including myself feel so welcomed.

Leasing office is very unresponsive that we usually have to follow up for any question. The general policies are pretty generous though, although I'm not sure if that's just Mass law. Love the resident lounge (including the free coffee machine).

The apartment is perfect, residents and employees are respectful. Everybody helps to each other. Before moving I am pretty sure I really bother them with my questions but every time they were helpful.

For the most part it is good. Lack of communication from the leasing department is frustrating. However, David at the front desk is amazing! The construction has taken a while and is a little annoying. Don’t live on the third floor or else you will have a few crawlers visit you and there’s nothing the leasing department will do. Residents are amazing and I love the community engagement!

Just moved in and am liking it even more than I had expected. Apartment was so clean right when I was ready to move in and the staff was really helpful getting all the moving parts taken care of.

I am adjusting to the new environment and getting familiar with all the pleasant amenities. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rewards are so worth it.

Very smooth leasing process. Great communication with leasing agent allowed for a seamless experience in securing our apartment. Quick turnaround as well for our immediately available apartment.

Love living here. Great people and events. The rent went up a bit which sucks and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. But other than that, it has great amenities

Building is well kept, reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance and cleaning teams are great. Management is sometimes slow to respond or requests fall through the cracks.

Love the building! the common areas (gym and pool) are very well kept and clean. No issues contacting management office if there are any issues and they typicall respond quickly!

Love the amenities! The apartment works for us, good storage, quiet neighbors... We had to wait for the closet to be installed and had a delay in moving in and getting the keys but it all worked out! First week done and we're very happy to be here!

I love how the management companies have events in the lobby for residents to look forward to! This weekend they had flower arrangements for purchase perfect for mothers day

I’m glad to be a resident of revolution because location is really nice. There are lots of shops and a river side walk. The subway station is also nice.

Love it here so far. Everyone is pretty friendly! The space is super clean and there are lots of amenities as well. Great environment! Would definitely recommend haha

Moving into Revolution at Assembly was an incredibly seamless process from start to finish. The arrangements for the tour were made quickly, and the communication throughout the application process was excellent. The leasing staff was prompt in providing all necessary documents for the lease. On the day of the move, Denira and Angela were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a smooth transition into the new apartment building. The welcoming atmosphere added to the overall positive experience. I'm thrilled to be a part of the community at Revolution at Assembly and appreciate the competence and accommodation of the Leasing Team. Their efficiency and friendliness have made settling into my new home an enjoyable experience.

I enjoy living at Alta Revolution, the community is nice and I have had no issues while living here, the office is really kind and works well with you. They’re always on top of announcements regarding changes or events going on.

Good amenities but construction noise outside is very loud and early in the morning. Neighborhood convenient otherwise and staff pretty nice.

The location is very convenient to get into the city. The building is clean and quiet and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great spot to live

Everyone who works here is very nice. I always see people cleaning and it always smells great. I wish the hot tub was able to be used and I hope the creative room gets fixed soon. I don’t like how thin the walls are and how easy it is to hear people above, below and beside you. I also wish the Wi-Fi was better, I get very low signal when I’m in my unit and that shouldn’t be the case. Other than that it’s an amazing place to live

It’s been almost 6 months since bozutto has taken over. We still have really interact with the staff as they hide in the leasing office all day. We feel like we are an inconvenience to them. When you go in leasing office no one greats you they just look at you. They also don’t come out of their office. It’s very cold vibes since the taken over. They forget they are in a hospitality business and just focus on the behind the scenes. They rarely send email communications things are always announced last minute and usually on their instagram so if you don’t follow you miss out. There needs to be more social events like last management. They did a last min thing for Halloween at 1pm getting like 30 cupcakes for a 400 unit building. Everything seems like an afterthought. Hope it improves

Amazing resident experience. Amenities are cool and all the staff and management is very reliable and they solve any issues you can have. All the neighborhood is walking area full of restaurants and shops.

Love it here. Everything you need in terms of stores is super close so you don’t even need to take the car. Gym is beauitiful and the social room is amazing to socialize and play

Good apt but not worth the price. Loud construction outside too that begins at 7am Monday through Saturday. Close to orange line and Trader Joe’s

Revolution has it all. Great place to live, work from home and hangout. They have work friendly amenities and a super quick maintenance staff. Nothing to complain about.
