Great place with lots and lots of perks. We just moved in and are excited to be here. The office staff is easy to work with them and knowledgable in renting. Even though the time is winter, the pool looks great and looking forward to the summertime. The gym is servicable. The common areas are clean and well kept.

Retreat at Iron Horse is a lovely and well-maintained apartment community. The landscaping and grounds are kept fresh and clean with gorgeous plantings all year. Iron Horse is truly a retreat with beautiful landscape throughout its grounds maintained to perfection for beautiful walks with or without a pet. The entertainment pavillion with grills and a fire pit cozy to mingle with others or sit by its grill bar to enjoy the sunset. Iron Horse is a gathering place that radiates community with friendly, warm neighbors. We love it here.

It is mid April and the landscaping is so beautiful here. All the shrubs are trimmed and tended to and everything looks wonderful. There are already people hanging out at the pool, which is very upscale. I love getting my workout in at the workout facility. It is always so clean and it is never crowded.

Nice community and staff. Decent amenities but had an issue with mold due to leaving door open in the summer. Wish the prices were a little cheaper for the smallest one bedroom and the coffee machine was accessible at all times.

I like living here. There are a few things I’d improve. The TVs don’t work in the gym. Rules about renting the clubhouse are very subjective and change depending on who is throwing the event. But overall the residents are nice. The location is great.

Absolutely love everything about this place, I couldn’t be happier! The move and settling in was simple and uneventful. Sam is extremely helpful and answers my emails promptly and informative. I love the grounds and cleanliness. The residents here seem to really take pride and respectful, especially regarding the dog park, responsibilities such as cleaning up after your dog.

We’ve lived here for two years. We especially love the location relative to the Factory, downtown Franklin, and other shopping in the area We used the available grill quite often, and thoroughly enjoy the pool come Summertime.

I have now lived here for a little over 3 years and it has been a pleasure. The area is fantastic! While I have not needed much maintenance needed but the couple times I have for small things they have been here literally within a couple hours, just amazing. Love IT !!!!
