The unit is brand new, very clean. The move-in experience is very pleasant, Ashley is very helpful with moving in instructions, and responses my emails very quickly! The loading dock has free carts for residents to borrow, which is great. However, the walls are very thin and not soundproof at all.

So far so good, we really love the amenities. There are certainly a few things to get used too and you can tell they are still working out the kinks due to the newness of the community and apartments. The animal friendly aspect has been great so far and management is very responsive.

Everything is great! The management team is great!! Almost a year living here and I have no complaints. They're fast to respond and resolve any issues. Neighbors are pleasant. Great amenities and activities. Very nice location. Kind of hidden. And I Love it!. Apartments are gorgeous and good in size for couples and singles. 2 bedroom recommended for family of 3 or 4 i would say. That will be my next upgrade. And I can not wait. ?? I highly recommend people to live here.

The summit has everything you need, it’s almost like you never have to leave. The grounds are kept clean the open air atmosphere all of the windows give is awesome. Glad we moved here

So far so good.. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are pretty decent compared to other places in the area. No additional parking fees/gym fees. They're still working on the add ons but otherwise staff is nice. Only thing I have noticed is that my specific unit does not tend to hold heat very well.. Maybe not well insulated? Otherwise, the experience has been pleasant so far.

This apartment building feels like a campus! You can walk around and safely walk your dog. There is a deli on the third floor open from 7-3pm, a barbershop, a bookstore and more. It is such a beautiful place to live.

People are not friendly, the hallway is dirty, too many dogs, apartments are cold and electricity is very expensive , there are no amenities and the rent is expensive

I am very satisfied with living at The Summit…the only annoyance for me right now is the garage situation. Other than that it’s a pretty great place to live and everyone for the most part is really nice and respectful.

Loving my experience thus far! I moved in 3 weeks ago and have been acclimating since, but the unit is in great move-in shape, it is quiet, and the views are beautiful. While the leasing staff was and is super helpful, I found that there were several elements I had to ask about versus being informed in advance (e.g., where to bring garbage, the deal with recycling, how to facilitate visitors, the very long trek involved in moving in, etc.). My neighbors seem very friendly so far and the location in close proximity to all that Danbury has to offer, is wonderful.

The summit is really clean and quiet. Location is best close highway and shopping. The only 2 things aren’t great is washer machine not best selection to have all in one. The machine didn’t work great too small and can’t wash much clothes. Second problems is windows in the unit can’t open which I would like to get some fresh air when the weather permits.

Quiet and peaceful building so far. Parking is a huge plus! I'm eagerly waiting for the deli to open back up and see what new choices become available for a quick bite. Also very much looking forward to new amenities being added. Allegedly will be adding a pool and a community room. I hope they include a pool table.

The apartment space is great, and the leasing office staff is extremely friendly. However, living on the third floor can be a pain if you desire to travel throughout the complex, and the neighbors are all older people.

They could use a little more organization and consistency, but the staff is very good and friendly and will ultimately resolve any matters that need attention. The place itself is lovely and has a lot to offer and they are still expanding yet. I just wish that there were more clear-cut boundaries regarding trespassers and what outside visitors can and cannot do. But I am happy here overall.

The Summit is quiet and the apartment is beautiful. I love the windows and the view that we have. It’s super dog friendly, and everyone I’ve met is courteous. The location is convenient, and there are so many things available within the summit itself.

I have lived here 6 months now, and I can honestly say that this is the best complex that I have ever lived in. Not only is the apartment newly renovated but the overall community and additional amenities are top tier. From the gym, the barbershop, the cafeteria and the masseuse - you get everything you need without having to leave the building. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

Not very happy living here, neighbors are unfriendly, to many dogs, no amenities, although they promise you when you sign up, still haven’t finished storage units and I could go on and on

Very cool, modern. Great place to live. Good security and kind staff. Very fast turn around if there’s any minor issues. Many many many amenities. Highly recommend for a different perspective. Only downside is no windows that open, but they are working on it.

The staff and security have been great. Unfortunately the apartment windows don’t open and the gym has very limited hours. It would be nice if there was a fenced in area for your dog to run around.
