I’ve loved living here! I have been a resident for a little over 4 years. I enjoy the pool and it stays clean. I also enjoy the quick maintenance as well

Maintenance in the pool area . This pass weekend trash was not taken out . The pool was dirty from the flowers. There is sign that the pool hours are from 10a-10pm. Security came at 9pm to let us know was closed.

Slow response to repair, closing service request w/o fixing it. No WiFi in lounge area. Dirty and missing/damaged items when moved in. Staff asked me to remind them to do their work.

The best thing about this place is its location—close to everything. Amenities are decent, but the gym is too small for the size of the community and only gets deep cleaned once a year. The same person who cleans the common areas maintains the pool, and while he tries, the pools are often dirty. I've never seen a professional pool service here. Some residents are friendly, but others are inconsiderate—leaving trash, not picking up after dogs, throwing messy pool parties, and dumping junk in the mailroom. Management claims there's a courtesy officer and professional pool cleaning—neither is true. The entrance gate was damaged by someone sneaking in and has been broken for five days. Some gate codes don't work either.

It’s been a few weeks since I moved in, and everything has been great. I few maintenance things that need attending to, but they were on top of putting in a work order as soon as I mentioned it. Great amenities (including a legit dog bath room with two stations that I stumbled upon the other day!). Gym has everything you’d need…could use another treadmill or two, especially for the size of the community. Great community of people. Feels safe. A lot of people don’t pick up after their dog (which, as a dog-owner, I don’t understand…) but that’s on the irresponsible owners, not the complex. The leasing agents at the front have been super helpful. Excited to keep getting settled in here.

Overall, this community is very family friendly & peaceful. I enjoy my stay here. The dog parks are nice. Walking around the community is refreshing. The pool is resort style. The different amenities this complex provides is very nice.

The location is great! The amenities they have are good. Any maintenance request we have had has gotten resolved pretty quickly. We love the balconies of our particular apartment. The available walking paths we enjoy.

The application process and approval was fast, smooth and easy. The friendly office staff was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

For the most part it is OK there are a few things I believe Greystar can improve. 1. you need cameras around the property for our safety and to see the residents that aren't picking up their dog poop. 2. you need bigger dumpsters to handle the size of the property so on the weekends it isn't out by the parking lot 3. better appliances newer apartments around the area have self-cleaning stoves and burners instead of these awful stop tops that you can't keep clean for anything; larger refrigerators double doors with bigger freezer 4. all units should have large walk-in pantries people are cooking more instead of eating out 5. more kitchen cabinets we have more gadgets these days 6. washer and dryers need to upgrade as well

Lived here for over 3-years and highly recommend. The staff and maintenance are first class and respond quickly to any issues. The grounds and amenities are excellent. Highly recommend complex as in an excellent location close to numerous restaurants and other activities. A

I’ve been really impressed with this apartment complex. It’s incredibly quiet, which makes it easy to relax or focus when working from home. The entire property is also very well-maintained—common areas are always spotless, and the landscaping is neat and inviting. If you're looking for a peaceful and clean place to live, this is definitely a great choice.

This is a decent complex. I should’ve been more stern when doing the preliminary walking of my apartment as I’m noticing the cover up’s. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The front office has gotten better at being attentive to current residents. The neighbor/location is nice.

Generally this is not a good apartment complex because before moving i really had problem with leasing and when i moved here dishwasher was not working. And neighbor are so noisy

Good location, nice Community , in the front office everybody are very profesional ,i like the most the entreteinment place , swiming Pool and rooms ready for have fun (Pool table, games ) and Gim , is very complet

I never find parking near my building there are so many cars without the stickers! The garbage gets picked whenever they want! And if you don’t take it back in…you get a $25 ticket for that!

I am very happy to live in this community. It was my best decision when i moved to Lenox Reserve, in 2023. I strongly recomend to everybody move to here and live in the best place of Katy.

Me gusta los espacios que tienen, pero veo q hay q mejorar la limpieza de las áreas comunes tales como escaleras , pasadizos y piscina . Y mantenimiento de las puertas de los entradas a los edificios y pisos de los pasadisos.

Been here for about 6 months now.. love the area. I just wish the golf simulator worked correctly and there were more obstacles in the pet park. Overall, I’m digging the place so far.

Love my apartment itself but not a fan of how the property is handled. It’s a nightmare to find parking most days and dogs are constantly being walked without leashes.

The condominium is outstanding! The pool is always clean and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax, while the game room offers a fun space for entertainment. The reception staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always responding promptly and efficiently to any requests. Living here has been a fantastic experience!

Garbage not picked up consistently . Loud cars Parking up to the apartments and constantly sitting with it on or turning on and off throughout the night. Not addressed by management . Loud residents after 10. Dog poop everywhere and trash like whole water burger trays on the ground . Inconsistent fees .

Lenox Reserve is a great place to live with modern apartments and nice amenities. Maintenance is usually responsive, but parking can be a challenge at times. Overall, a comfortable and safe community!

Not worth the price. Decent living space but amenities are usually broken or closed. Absurd surprise charges too. The staff in the front is pretty nice and helpful though.

After many days of trying to find a place to live, we finally decided we had to look no further. If you are looking for great pool, tou can't beat this place easy. Safe and fun at the same time. Neighbors are very helpful. Kind. Positive. I hope I can be a good neighbor and let me know if I can help somehow. Heavenly living community with great service of anything goes wrong, reliable n fast. Office employees are there with a smile always trying to help. 10/10. I appreciate you guys

Just got approved! So far so good! I've been in the office twice and Cassia, Genesis and manager have been very helpful! Looking forward to April when I move in!

Is been a Wonderful experience so far. I'm loving the serenity, the cleanliness in the building. The maintenance is on point. I look forward to staying here longer.

The property is amazing, I really love the floor plan and layout with spacious rooms and closets, & I love the fact that I’m so close to dining and shopping

It was fine when I moved here in 2020. But after time, things are different. I have put in requests about my rinse aid cap still leaks the rinse aid. My neighbors are constantly blasting their surround sound after quiet hours, the spit in the hallway, the dog urine in the hallway, food spillage in the hallway. I don't know about other bldgs but this is in bldg 5!

Jackie and Miss Shauna are really nice and helpful . I had a rough transition from my last apartment but these ladies made it easy . I am thankful to find a great apartment home

Few items Trash compactor is an issue here When you live on a lower level neighbors above here, don’t care how loud they are even when you’ve talked to him about it. Their comments are you chose to live on the bottom to me that’s just rude. The neighbors who live above us should be considerate that people live below them

This place is amazing. The staff are very nice and lovely. I love waving on my way to the gym which is always clean and never broken. The pool area is like a retreat at my own home. My apartment is absolutely gorgeous! I want to express my many thanks to the staff, neighbour's and everyone here who has made this place home. This place is top notch!

It was horrible. Bug issues since we moved in and your staff has done nothing to help. Nothing good about this place it was awful. Sell your place

The 2nd time around with renewal & I Like being here, Minimal Noise, Appliances work well, Outdoors always clean with grass trimmed on time. Only minor thing to complain is for parking, cause from time to time there is none.

A few hiccups during move-in but staff was always friendly, fast and attentive. I feel very supported throughout this whole process! The propert is amazing so far!

Overall, this has been a great experience after living here for almost a month. The community’s great, I have great neighbors, and the location of this complex is conveniently near everything whether it’s shopping centers or grocery stores.

I love the amenities at Lenox Reserve. My favorite is the dog washing station, though the tubs seem to have trouble draining at times. It is still very convenient.

Leasing office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Very prompt and sweet when communicating. Some of the appliances break easily or have to be replaced soon after moving in. This has happened for myself and a few of my neighbors and friends that stay here. For example, my dryer broke 3 months into me being here and it’s been a full month and hasn’t been fixed due them having to constantly order different parts for it. The links blinking, locks loose. Small things but inconvenient at times. However the do communicate when you reach out regarding these issues.

Although I will be moving, I have enjoyed the past 2 years at this property. There isn’t too much chaos, the residents are fairly friendly, and the staff is welcoming.

really quiet community. I really have no complaints other than the trash service not coming on scheduled days, but other than that amenities are nice, staff is pleasant and it looks like it’s kid friendly
