I genuinely love it here, besides it not being a gated community it’s actually great, they’re very helpful, everyone is friendly around here, theyre maintenance isn’t that great only because they don’t really get right to your request when you need them too! But overall it’s a great community! Family friendly and pet friendly .

Lovely place to live. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Service request are complete quickly and efficiently. Staff is wonderful and helpful with all aspects of the surrounding. Close to schools, walking paths, several grocery stores and other shopping near by. Pet friendly to including a pet grooming area and park. Great place to live.

It’s overall a pretty good experience. I would say they could do a better job at answering the phone, making sure that the hallways are clean, and fixing the gym equipment.

I love the apartments ! Very clean and very safe ! My son comes over every other weekend and he loves it and Injoys the pool ! !! The only negative is there is a lot of spiders around

First and foremost, my apartment is off the main road and I constantly hear cars and trucks all night long. I barely get any rest that night. Secondly, someone on my floor smokes weed so I constantly smell marijuana all day long the stairs and the walkway needs to be power wash When I come home at night there’s no parking so when my contract is up, I’m definitely moving

Nice community, just hate that my ceilings are so low & I can hear my upstairs neighbor every foot step & my neighbors don’t pick up their pets mess when they walk them. Besides that everything is ok.

I love it here! It’s so peaceful , clean , and we have friendly staff and neighbors. It’s very new and clean. The pool area is amazing it has games , a few grills , and even a place to have a fire if you want to make s’mores or roast something.

Had no problems with the property, neighbors, or staff! Maintance was always on top of things. Was difficult to get in touch via phone but a simple few steps in the office and it was taken care of. Parking was spacious never had an issue.

I love the place, it's quiet, the apartments are huge and the price is super good, in the area there are no apartments of the same size for the value. I really love the apartment! I love how peaceful it is, and the amenities as well. There can be improvement on being able to get through to the leasing office via phone, and I do feel like I was kind of misled by the concessions/specials when touring the property. I would also love for this property to eventually get gates. It will add another level a security to the community.

I just moved in on April 30th and so far it was a very easy move. The leasing staff (Kate, Tracee, and Chance) have been very helpful with making sure I had every thing that I needed. The apartments are beautiful and it's very quiet and neighbors are working class and friendly. I pray that it stay this way! If I was to comment on anything it would be that being that it's a newly built apartments there should be cleaner hallways, gym, apartment grounds, and pool area. I don't think that you should see as much litter or trash around the grounds as you do. Other than that

Amazing ?? we’ve lived here for almost a year and we love it! They are fast with maintenance if needed. They have food trucks from time to time. They have a coffee bar. The gym and bathroom is always clean and the pool!

Nice place to live. Apartment has new appliances, granite countertops and looks modern. I love the amenities such as the gym and the resort style pool. Maintenance engineers are quick to respond for any issues. Office staff is also very helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good place to live in Katy

I love my apartment!! It’s very clean !! Quit ! When my son come over he injoys the pool !! Garbage people are always on time !! I love that ! At first there was a lot of dog poop everywhere but know it’s a lot better

Me and my husband love our apartment! The property stays clean! The pool is cleaned often. It’s beautiful and peaceful here. The walls aren’t super thin so we aren’t disturbed with whatever our neighbors may have going on.

Great experience so far and is pleased with my apartment. It's near Paetow HS which is convenient for my son. I'm the only person who have lived in my apartment and enjoy the fact that I am the first to move in. I'm very excited to have a washer and dryer that comes with my apartment. My water bill is inexpensive and I'm able to compare the decrease in my electric bill from my previous home. This place is cozy and definitely feels like home. There is plenty of parking for my vehicles and I decided against a car port and garage. I had a garage at my last location and never used it so I did get one this time.

Great place to live. Very quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and activities. There are plenty of walking paths in the area. The complex is well kept. Service request are handled within a reasonable time frame. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Love the events offered to the residents and looking forward to seeing what is next. I am happy to me part of the Ascend community.
