Reserve at Town Center

Everything is great! I just wish parking was more accessible at night when I get off of work. A lot of the spots are taken by then. Neighborhood is quiet, too.

Beautiful community with an amazing staff, starting from the office to the maintenance. The community is close to everything. Problems get solved. Really, all I can ask for is a peaceful community, and this one is definitely top in this area.

Tommy has been absolutely amazing, so helpful, attentive, and thoughtful through the whole process. He’s made everything so much easier for our family, and we truly appreciate his care. The Reserve at Town Center community has also been so welcoming and family-friendly, which makes us feel right at home. We’re excited to be here and grateful for the support!

I love living here. The amenities, leasing staff, and maintenance staff are amazing! They are so helpful and make sure that everything in the community is as it should be. I know that if I have any questions I can email or pop up to the office and I will be taken care of. The folks that work here really take pride in our community and making it the most wonderful place to live.

Shoutout to John, Christian, and Sterling. I rarely have to put in Maintenance Requests, but when I do they’re taken care of quickly and professionally.

The staff in the office and maintenance are amazing!! Hope they do something bout the bathroom soon because they are just so out dated. I'm glad this property is close to everything!!

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and we’ve had a really great experience. The office staff are very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. The location is also a major plus—it’s close to everything we need and makes daily life super convenient. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking in the area.

Tommy was great at getting us keys quickly, giving us a helpful orientation, and showing us to our apartment. Highly recommend Reserve at Town Center in Sterling!

Really like the staff and all the neighbors we have met so far! The location is near a bunch of things which is also very convenient. The only thing that would be an improvement is the availability of non-reserved parking near building 014.. seems like our area has the most reserved parking next to it.

Great interaction with Tommy and the team. Problem solved to get everything completed for the lease. The entire team was very responsive and got back to me on every call.

Honestly have had no complaints since moving here. Love the apartment and greatly appreciate the efforts to keep the community clean. It’s been a good experience all around

While I'm very new to the complex, my experience so far has been great! The staff and neighbors have been so welcoming and the apartment is beautiful!

I’ve been living here a few months now and have enjoyed it. Staff is helpful. Whenever I’ve had issues or needed something answered they are always there. It’s pretty quiet here and feels like a home.

I love grilling out in the courtyard with neighbors. Quiet community, very dog friendly. Maintenance team is very efficient and polite. Great place to live overall!

Moving from our last apartment complex this has been a big change in a good way. The community is very calm and welcoming and everything works in the apartment. Only thing I’d change would be the temperature dilemma but other than that it’s been great so far!

I have never lived somewhere where the management of the property was so proactive, responsive, and deeply invested in the well-being of all the residents. I have been on the receiving end of a lot of generosity, love, hard work, and effort From both the maintenance staff and management.

My girlfriend and I recently got a place together and I feel like it’s a great first spot. Nice community, good parking and friendly staff. Tommy helped us get set up and ready to go with no concerns. Highly recommend looking into this community!

The office staff is great here, and they’re open 7 days a week! Maintenance is very friendly and helped me with my apartment after move in immediately. I’m a big fan of their peloton machines too.

I have been here over a week now and it feels like home. The staff in the office is very welcoming and supportive, the community is quiet, but also has life to it.

The apartments are spacious and beautiful! The pool is lovely in the summer and they even have a small kid pool. I just wish they had a playground for the kids to enjoy.

I stopped in on a whim to see if I could quickly see an apartment home on my lunch break. I was happily greeted by Katelyn immediately. I let her know I didnt have an appointment and was short on time. Not only was she eager to help but did an exceptional job giving me all the information I needed in the short time I had. She was kind, funny, and a joy to be around. I definitely wanted to check out more homes in the area but with this type of service, I’d be happy to sign a 12 month lease thanks to Katelyn!!

This community is in a great area close to shopping centers. Also, the manager Katelyn and the staff are amazing. Maintenance stuff is quick.

Staff is great and Tommy has been a massive help. Any issues I have in my unit gets taken care of pretty fast which is nice.ive really enjoyed my time living here

I've honestly had a great experience so far. While I've had some (minor) issues, maintenance is always super prompt and fixes the problems immediately. I've had no issues with my neighbors and have even had a few positive interactions. I love my apartment. High ceilings, lots of natural light, huge bathroom. I think I really lucked out getting this apartment and imagine myself here for the rest of my time in NoVa!

We just moved in and I cannot begin to tell you how much I am enjoying this community. First of all, the trash service is excellent. All of them are very kind and thorough. Maintenance is also very helpful. The space we have is beautiful too. Thank you!

The staff at the office is always super sweet! There are always fun activities to do as well each mont, and the neighborhood is a safe place!

Office staff is amazing! Location is great not too far from DC! Been here going on three years and no complaints!! Shopping centers super close and trails super close. Everything is super close!

Nice apartments to live stuffs is amazing would be nice if they have a bigger gym and a park for the kids! I have always be happy with the response timing in any situation neighbors are really nice.

Tommy is the man! He was extremely professional. The move-in process was fairly easy as opposed to others in the past. Their resident amenities are great as well.

Most of the office staff are amazing and so friendly but they almost never answer the phone or return voicemails. They were very responsive prior to and when signing our lease but then ghosted us prior to move-in. They have admitted to being short staffed so we will see if the communication improves.

We moved in just a few weeks ago but have been so thrilled with everything so far. We toured so many places in the area and as soon as we met with Katelyn, the property manager, we knew this was the perfect place. The area is lovely, well taken care of, and the apartment is spacious. No complaints here!

I just moved in a few days ago but so far I'm loving it! I haven't heard a peep from the neighbors above me which is something I was worried about being on the third floor. I love the layout of my apartment, particularly the bay windows and very large bathroom. Of course, it will take some time to truly know what it's like to live here but I feel optimistic so far.

This an amazing experience! The environment is safe and peaceful, nature friendly and clean. Well maintained and free from noise and violence. I love listening to the sound of crickets and natural ambiance is so calming and relaxing.

Inside of the apartment is gorgeous and spacious. Only complaint with the indoors is low water pressure. Outdoor areas are decently landscaped at best. My breezeway could definitely use some attention. Overall so far so good. But rent is relatively high considering the problems mentioned.

I recently moved into a new place, and I am absolutely loving it here. One of the things that instantly caught my attention is the beautiful lights in the windows. They give the area a warm and inviting glow, especially in the evenings. It's almost magical how the lights illuminate the surroundings, creating a cozy atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. Additionally, I am thrilled with the abundance of grassy areas around. The lush green spaces provide a perfect spot for relaxation, whether it's taking a leisurely stroll, having a picnic, or simply sitting and enjoying the outdoors. The combination of the charming window lights and the expansive grassy areas truly makes this place special. It's a wonderful blend of comfort and natural beauty, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an idyllic environment to call home.

This community is amazing! Everybody is so friendly, especially the staff. We have a beautiful pool that’s resort like with a waterfall! The landscaping is well kept and the staff are so friendly and attentive. I even see Katelyn helping residents after hours as she’s out walking the grounds. I’m going on my third year!!
